They again have taken more money from his account and it's September 2024. So disappointing.... I'm seeking counsel from the disabled Veterans Administration. The man was so short, and rude, and barely answered any of my questions. He told me I had to come in to see the products he has in stock because he couldn't tell me over the phone. And both times I called, he gave me two different return policies; he told me I had three days to return the product, then he said one day when I called back. I don't know how someone like that gets any customers, but I couldn't give him my business. He was selling a blood pressure monitor and a stethoscope for $72 online and refused to tell me the in-store price over the phone, so I opted for Amazon. I bought a great quality stethoscope and blood pressure monitor for $24, one day shipping and free returns for 30 days. That's what I recommend you do as well.

Second, the ramp was installed but not safe for me or my client to use. Someone could've tripped on it, and/or my client could've fallen off the side of the ramp that wasn't secured.
