The building stands out since it is a canary yellow with the moniker emblazoned across its storefront in black letters. Not hard to miss. Inside, it is a cozy chocolate shop that sells different kinds of chocolates, box chocolate sets, and even ice cream. Needless to say I was impressed by the selection. The center island seems to be where the bulk of their chocolate is located, or at least what seems to be the chocolate made in their factory which is also viewable through the glass window. I personally like white chocolate and was happy they had a nice selection of white chocolate covered foods and nuts, and pralines. Amazingly, they also show much love for people who need sugar-free substitutes and there is a section in the glass case set aside for them. Just like all chocolate places, it is relevantly smaller than the rest. The service was very nice and they did their job well helping out those who need help. Only "issue" if you want to call it as such is there is only one register. Ergo, if there are plenty of people and they all happen to check out, then you'll wait in line for sure. Ultimately, I will give Bruno Chocolate more than the average rating, above average if you will. If I ever pass by them again, I will stop in and get some more chocolatesp

In any case, this was not a good time to be here. We waited near the register at the truffle counter. We waited while one of these employees talked with and loaded up chocolate for some people she obviously knew well- four or five people; a couple of adults and their teenagers. They had waffle ice cream cones, the dipped and sprinkled kind, a pint of ice cream to go, they ordered various chocolates and "oh can I get a candy apple" for one of the teenagers. Apparently this is free night because the worker told them there was no charge. She apparently knew this was wrong, because she tried to be very quiet about it, she whispered it to them while glancing over at us. Then she just walked away. Hey, maybe she owns the place, or Mommy and Daddy do and they are okay with their kid/employee giving away $75 worth of goods. Whatever. I mention it because it was weird. Like I said she just walked away after that and completely ignored us. She went to help people on the other side of the store to get them ice cream so we followed her and asked her where was the line to order chocolates and she said "oh well this is the ice cream line so I guess here". I didn't bother mentioning that we were standing over there waiting for her to assist us, she knew we were there and she knew we saw everything. Her cohort finally got around to us, we bought our chocolates and we left but Lordy, it rubbed me the wrong way. Snitty little teenagers giving stuff (a lot!) away to their friends for free and ignoring actual customers. What is going on with these kids?
