This was a surprise. Came here after the disappointing Chucks. Prices and food were surprisingly satisfying. 2 drinks for the price of 1 at Chucks. I had the tenderloin tips and they were cooked to a good medium temperature; hubby had a burger and that was good although he says his bacon was a bit overcooked. Fries could have been fresher- were a bit limp. Brown sauce on tips was a tiny bit too salty but edible with the mashed potatoes. Service was great. Live band. Definitely a popular destination and was busy with a wait on a Wednesday evening in mid-March. The menu is fairly broad with selections for most anyone. The food was enjoyed across the board by our party of six. Appetizers came out quickly and our server was attentive initially but seemed to lose interest... which seemed to make sense as the wait for food was longer than what I'd consider typical. Definitely a great location on the marina, open air with live entertainment. Two things that lowered my rating but I'll be back to give them another shot at upping the stars. 1. Quite a few trips back and forth to correct minor items that were noted while ordering but not correct when arriving at the table - which lent to the slower than expected service. 2. A 20% gratuity added to our check without the server noting it was added. This isn't normal for a party of six and seems to be indicative, again, of a systemic issue of subpar service. I am a long-time regular customer at Cobb's Landing, and my go-to order is always the Black & Blue Burger, cooked medium, with no bun and a side of fries. Because I know how great this dish usually is, I was genuinely shocked by my experience during dinner on 7/24/26.After a very long wait, my food finally arrived looking incredibly sloppy. The burger was severely overcooked and missing almost all of its standard toppings, leaving just melted cheese and a few onions on the plate, with the avocado tossed on the side.To their credit, the staff did try to make it right. They offered to redo the meal and gave me a complimentary drink, which I declined, but they did take the order off my bill. While I appreciate the management fixing the check, it is highly disappointing to see such a careless drop in food quality from a place I have supported for so long. I truly hope this was just a one-off bad night for their kitchen's sake. read more

As someone with severe dietary restrictions, I was greatly impressed with the chef at Cobbs Landing, Eric, who was incredibly patient, accommodating, diligent, and supportive, while taking time out of the kitchen to discuss options with me. He went out of his way multiple times to communicate, ask questions, and carefully checked the ingredients to make sure I was safe. He offered to customize and create something special for me, to make sure not only I received what I needed but that I would enjoy it too. And he even delivered my meal to me personally himself. Getting this treatment was such a treat when I often have to sacrifice ingredients, and restaurants are often not able to accommodate. I was hoping for a better experience. I met some friends for lunch after the market downtown. Upon arrival we heard some staff by the kitchen stating how they never saw the place so busy. That sounded promising as busy usually means good food, drinks, and service. That ended up not being the case. Waitstaff was busy so we patiently waited. Our waitstaff finally made it to our table and we ordered drinks. The other two drinks came out prior to mine and they were done with there's before mine had arrived. I waited a while but was anticipating a delicious drink of the key lime martini I had there once before. The key lime martini was not the same. It tasted like sour heavy cream that was watered down and had ice cubes in it, maybe from a rushed pour. Disappointed in the $13 drink... yuck. We ordered our food and some extra sides while letting our waitstaff know it's fine if it is an upcharge. A bit more of a wait and the food finally came out but without the extras and sides requested. Not sure if the kitchen just didn't read the ticket or if items were forgotten. It was sloppy and thrown together on the plate. My friends plate of food looked like it was wilted from sitting under a heat lamp or something. When we first moved down here a relative took us to this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. We have been back at least 3 more times and sadly my husband and I agree it's not as good. The service is fine but the food while not terrible was not great. I had shrimp and grits which was pretty bland, my mother in law and I have ordered the coconut shrimp. My boyfriend and I arrived at Cobb's Landing at 8:40PM on Tuesday and it was very unclear if they were open because servers were sweeping under tables and performing closing duties. The server was very personable, but overall the experience was not great. The food was served cold and flavorless. It literally tasted like 3D printed food. We were offered sides with meal but not told that there was a $2 up charge... This was for the onion rings and sweet potato fries that were cold and tasted like play-dough. Our food was basically inedible but we were starving from surfing all day so we ate it. Also, my mocktail tasted like straight simple syrup and sour mix. Yikes. I am always interested in checking out a good tourist trap. This location has a tiki theme, live music and a large bar. How could you go wrong? While, we did have an OK time. There were a lot of issues. The live music was uncomfortably loud, the bar ranked of spilled beer, the service wasn't great and drinks were subpar. It was difficult to get a drink (even with a seat at the bar and more than enough staff) and I found most of the bartenders to be standoffish and unprofessional. There were a few that were nice, but definitely a few bad apples. I tried a painkiller cocktail and it was terrible. Also tried a mimosa and it was just orange juice. You should plan to stick with a beer. I will say the food was pretty good. I got the mahi tacos. The portion was a little small but it was tasty! Seriously some of the best gator you're ever gonna find!! The sauce is amazing and the gator is fried PERFECTLY! The right amount of seasoning and batter to make it crispy! It's so good! The restaurant is has live music and sits next to the marina so you get a beautiful view of the boats and the water. The service was kind of terrible but the food made up for it. I feel compelled to write this revue because this restaurant is one we always recommend to out of towners as a must to visit. Last night my husband & I had possibly the worst dinners of our lives. I know they were the worst dinners we've ever had at Cobb's Landing! I have never seen shrimp and grits look like the contents of my plate. One side was soupy; the other looked as though it was covered in cheese. Using my utensils and my fingers I was able to determine that it wasn't cheese but the fried egg which was described in the menu. It was overdone and unappealing. The soupy side was actually red and green bell pepper and onion slices. They tasted as though they were meant to be in an Italian dish. The sausage slices looked more like Italian sausage than andouille. The shrimp were a nice size and not overcooked. The grits were not at all creamy or cheesy. My husband's dish of fried shrimp and French fries looked like it had been sitting around for a while. The shrimp were so overcooked that there was no difference in texture between the breading and the shrimp. All were difficult to chew. The shrimp were small and hard. The service was good. In a short time that I have lived in Port St. Lucie, I have visited here twice. The first time was on a beautiful weekend and decided to stop for an appetizer and drinks. The restaurant itself is mostly outside with a smaller inside area. The bar area is a decent size and good amount of people . They do have live music, but uncertain what days they do. On our first time it was not busy, which is perfectly fine with us. I was excited to see that they make their own infused liquor. I was even more excited when they had a pineapple jalapeño tequila infused. Seriously, I need to have one of these in my house. I love this drink so much that I even got one to go. We ordered mahi Ruben, which was fantastic. I honestly never have any interest in ordering anything Ruben but my husband's decided on this. This was amazing and I highly recommend ordering. We also ordered coconut shrimp. Another appetizer that you can't go wrong, my only suggestion is to ask for a full cup of the dipping sauce. This review has been on the back burner for me to complete and I've been back six times since first starting this review. We live 20 minutes away, and my husband will gladly drive out of the way to come here for one hell of a meal. We have yet to have a bad meal here and that's pretty rare when we go out. I ordered a coconut shrimp cobb salad, to my disappointment there were 4 shrimp inside my $24 salad, all tasted like old fry oil and not a flake of coconut to be seen. I wasn't sure if I would like the blue cheese dressing, so I asked for vinaigrette and honey mustard. To my surprise ordering an extra dressing was an additional 0.75. MY kids each ordered off the kids menu, fried shrimp which is a favorite of theirs when we go out to eat. Both plate came with only 4 shrimp each, a little disappointing.
