Atmosphere and ice cream itself were stupendous. I recommend getting the cone with vanilla or just getting the scoops. Unless you love cinnamon and there you go. Their competitor downtown is better in some ways, BUT Bright Ice has better flavors and more traditional type of flavors. This is an important distinction which makes it stand out on its own. Something Foxtail is also doing with most new locations is combing it with a Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream. So if you don't want coffee but want a sweet treat, you could come here for ice cream instead. When you order you see WAFU ice cream waffle cones. Visually these are beautiful and unusual flavors. They fill the cones with vanilla or matcha ice cream. Their taiyaki is delicious- I ordered their grilled cheese taiyaki but I've had their other flavors before. They are super cute and filling, and I even got to try their Cherry Blossom soft serve made from real cherry blossoms! It was perfect on a sunny day (even though the weather was a little chilly). I highly recommend trying Wafu Taiyaki if they pop up at an event near you!
