When we entered there's a gate that you need a code to open (the entrance isn't great for longer trailers you need to swing way to the right). You get an escort to your site to make sure you make it in alright. You also get a map of the campground. We were in site 81 which is a pull through but our 33 footer hardly made the turn (we had to hold a tree back so it wouldn't hit and the roads are very narrow). The site was rather small not much wider then our awning, length was ok as long as you don't have a tent or anything other then a car/truck. You can also hear the highway from our site but its not very bad and the highway isn't very busy. There is Wifi but for my phone (iPhone 6s) it is in and out (the extender it in the site next to us). There is in and out cell service here for Verizon (Not sure about others) We had a problem with the cable not finding any channels and they came out and fixed it (the cable connection was in a hole in the ground not the visible one on the box) You can rent kayaks, canoes, row boats, paddle boards and peddle boats for $10 an hour. "First come first serve". But they have better rates on the weekdays. We rented two kayaks and a canoe from 2:30-4:30 ($60) and it was beautiful out, the water was very calm and clear. Sli The pond (Moores pond) is where you launch. Theres are a lot of lily pads and aquatic plants that grow to the surface and go pretty far out into the pond but if you go out far enough its clear of plants There is a volleyball court, movie theater (very small) pavilion where they serve breakfast 8-10am, lunch 12-2pm and dinner 5-8pm. (The lunch menu can also be ordered for dinner) I got a burger at the pavilion and it was great, a little crispy on the edges and a smoky flavor. They also have cabins and TiPis that you can stay in. Honestly wouldn't come back in a trailer but I would try a cabin or tipi.

We have had two campers have major repairs done by Mike Jr. No major problems with the quality (except attention to details. . .) but, unless you want to be given empty promises and poor follow up, as well as frustration re: how long it takes to get the work completed, I suggest you find somewhere else to get work done on your camper. It was more than A YEAR from when the damage occurred to when the repairs were close to being completed - and when I called him out on it and expressed my frustration, I was met with hostility and anger from him. WE ended up contacting the manufacturer and getting the last piece shipped to us and installing it ourselves. So, my recommendation is IF YOU HAVE to go there for repairs, have it IN WRITING a timeline by which the work will be done and the consequences (to them) that will happen if the deadline is not met. Make our mistake your warning.

It's a very quiet and safe campground, with campers coming back season after season, many for multiple generations establishing what is known as our tight knit "camp family." All 30 RV sites are at least 40' x 40' and have a fireplace, picnic table, water, sewer, and electric. Our three tent sites have water and 30amp electric; there is a portapotty at the tent site, and a bathhouse with hot showers and flush toilets in very close proximity. Dump station found here as well. We also rent RVs/campers which include almost everything you need for your relaxing vacation! Activities are planned most summer weekends, and are suitable for kids and adults! Kids also have a playground area with jungle gym and horseshoes for all ages (care to join in on the tournament?). There's also a garage/rec hall with games, a fridge, oven and tables for potlucks or rainy days, and it's also where we have fun parties with dancing to our camp band's live music!

We lucked out and they had a rental available for a retro RV. The RV had everything included, so we could rush out the door and get there right away! Not only does the campground have amazing views all around, but they also have plenty of activities as well. While we were there we saw trick or treating, a bonfire with live music, and a chili cook off, which my wife's cousin actually won! All of the staff were super friendly and beyond helpful! Worse, they were rude about it after I expressed my shock and surprise. They said I would "never see my money again" Then when I called my bank and made a dispute claim they sent me even more rude VM and emails saying what I was doing was unethical? "I never lose one of these" And they didn't want business with someone of my character and temperament. I knew from the comment about "not ever seeing my money again" that I wasn't dealing with a respectful business so I did not answer any of their VM or emails. I did contact my bank, attorney general, and BBB. I have traveled extensively, have rented cars, mini vans, RVs, yurts, cottages etc etc NEVER ran into anything close to this. My bank reviewed claim. I was reimbursed total deposit THROUGH my bank, not sure if company had anything to do with it since bank could clearly see that I'd never filed a dispute such as this. And that I never signed the cancellation policy form or any contract with Northeast RV. Please go through Outdoorsy.com or RVshare.com to rent RVs! People are kind, civil, AND it's cheaper!!! Northeast RV 18' trailer with all the added fees (75.00 to dump tanks at end of trip? Whaaaat?) would have been more costly than me renting including delivery and set up from 50 miles away...a 25 foot trailer with WAY more features. Just a word from the wise. I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. I brought my RV to them in July and told them…read morethat I would need it in 3 months. Despite several reminder calls, the repair was not done at the end of 3 months and they wanted to charge me $1500 for "evaluations" done by them. I took the RV home, obtained the part the next week, and did the repair myself in 7 minutes ( I timed it). The other job that they said was done by them during the time they had it was not done and I performed this repair also, at home. I will not be going back to them for anything.
