The equipment is bar none and it caters to a variety of modalities whether you're a powerlifter, weightlifter, body builder, or any other athlete, you'll find equipment here that will work for your training needs. They also have an awesome recovery center with red light therapy, infrared sauna, ice plunge, hot tub, and so much more. They offer group classes, nutrition counseling, and personal training. I'm probably not covering all of their services, but you get the drift; They offer services for holistic well-being. The staff is also super friendly and always welcoming. It doesn't matter how long it's been since I last saw him, but Zack will always greet me with open arms and is genuinely interested in how I'm doing. It's so nice to be part of a gym where folks actually care about you as a person. I recently worked with Zerek to restart my membership and he's been very kind as well and checks in on me periodically. Owners, Chris and Jamie Dennis, are easy to get to know. They and all the coaches take time to help everyone whether you've have some weight training background or none. There are rules posted EVERYWHERE even inside the rooms reminding you to be gentle with the things inside. We are all in our 30's. We are 2 married couples. We were incredibly respectful of their belongings. Everything was fun until we came out of the room. Steve said we were the "worst wrecking ball" he had ever seen. There is no freaking way. Now, he is calling us leaving voicemails and trying to say we damaged property there. He was very rude both after the escape room and also on the phone. He said he considered charging us for damage, but then instantly changed his mind because he KNOWS WE DIDN'T DAMAGE ANYTHING. Steve was super unprofessional in every aspect of this transaction. He also was horrible at telling us the story about the escape room before hand. He has ZERO enthusiasm. And then he complained about having to reset the clues in the room too!!! We paid $125 for 4 people to do 1 room. I think that price should include having them reset their own escape room, right? Lol. Ridiculous. NEVER give this place your business. Steve should definitely be reviewed by the owners thoroughly.

The instruction is top-notch, the team is tough, experienced athletes, and the facilities are vast. Classes include MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, fitness, open mat, and kids classes. When it's time to vote for best CF gym in Foco, they will hound you about it. They will call you out in class to make sure you have voted. One time I had 2 lacrosse balls that were taped together to roll out my back. The owner was walking by and had a single lacrosse ball. I asked him if I could toss mine and trade him. He asked me "why did you move the ball like that?" mimicking a blow job motion with his hands. I was nervous to ask questions in front of the class because the owner will make fun of you, or in his words it's just "bantering". I asked if there was a way to modify an exercise so it didn't hurt my back. His reaction made me feel stupid and ashamed. His response "well then don't hurt your back". The whole class laughed and then was like "ya Rindi don't mess up". He never helped me. Another member was called "bitch" multiple times by one of the coaches. The words pussy, dick, balls, bitch are used many times by some coaches and one of the owners. I did personal training with him. You never knew what kind of mood you were gonna get with him. I shared with him pictures from one of the gym gatherings and he thought it would be funny to delete me out of the picture. He also did this to a different member of the gym. He laughed about it and showed everyone. He would make racists jokes and try to get others to also laugh along. He always had to win at conversations and would legit argue with you that you're wrong and look it up, even if the facts showed he was wrong. One time I was up late with our sick kiddo and had a 7:30am session and said how tired I was, to which he made a snarky remark that these are the consequences to my actions of choosing to have a child. I can recall multiple others who also had bad experiences. Young girls and high school teams workout at this gym. You would get scolded at if you put equipment back in the wrong place or made a mess. He threatened multiple times to take away the chalk buckets. One day I asked if I could open up the door for some air as we were all over heating. The coach told me how he is going to get yelled at by the owner. There are no windows or working fans. The owner would always complain to everyone about the high electric bill. Even when the owner wasn't physically there, people would comment how he is probably still watching us on the cameras in the gym. He would tell me how he doesn't even like CF for multiple reasons. I confronted the owner about how I was feeling. The owner was giving me a hard time saying how I was in such a bad mood. I told him that he makes me feel uncomfortable and unsupported in the gym. He got defensive at first and then asked me to step outside to talk. I felt threatened and said I would prefer to stay in the gym to talk. He stood outside and kept telling me to come outside to talk. I stayed where I felt safe inside the gym with others present. He took it very well in the moment. At one point he was in tears apologizing. He said he values us at the gym and he loves my son. He said he will do better. He said that the only reason he banters with me and gives me such a hard time is because he likes me and I'm in his bubble. The conversation left on good terms. A couple days later I get an email saying I've been suspended indefinitely with working with him for personal training to protect himself and the coaches. He said to not directly contact him again. I requested a refund for my membership. I paid for a year in advance. I got a discounted rate since I paid for a year in advance and so I told him he can just refund me back at the non-discounted rate. He said a members decision not to utilize the membership does not constitute grounds for a refund. I'm choosing not to go because I was consistently harassed. This gym has left me burnt out, anxious, gaslit and over $800 short.
