I checked in on the tablet and tried to outsmart the system (made a later appt AND waited in lobby to see if they can take me earlier). When the tech poked her head out (Saray Camacho), she addressed those who were waiting to make sure the queue list was accurate. She identified some discrepancies right away and assisted a couple of people with checking in. Then I came up. My appointment was for 320pm, and it was 215pm, lobby empty. I asked if I could be seen earlier, and I could tell she really wanted to say yes, but their protocol is to only see patient's during their appointment time. The manager was present, and decided to make an exception for me this one time. Saray was funny, down to earth, and made getting blood drawn a comfortable task. Key takeaways: I got lucky with my walk-in experience. I recommend making an appointment, and showing up 5-10 mins before. They are doing their best, and trying to be as efficient as possible, be patient.
