I would think lower lashes would be included, and the before & after pictures they publish definitely have both upper and lower lashes done. Then she charged me $85 for the service, which is $10 more than what is currently listed on both their website and the printed material I received at my appointment. False advertising in more than one respect... take your money and time elsewhere. Edit: I saw the owner's comment so I am coming back to add 2 photos. Both show the price at $75. The model used in the printed material also very clearly shows that the lower lashes have been tinted. However, the owner of the business did make it right, so I am adding a star. As long as you know what you're getting, it's a nice place and the person who did my service was sweet and easy to talk to.

I stumbled upon Beauty Blink and was able to easily book an appointment online. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the sweetest gal, Marsa, and she had me start filling in some paperwork. Typical intake questions like recent surgeries and ailments and some questions about my hair and scalp and then we headed back to the room. Once I got situated Marsa started with the high frequency wand and some other tools with my hair dry before turning on the nice, warm water and wetting my hair. From there, she used several products and tools, alternating between scalp massage and gentle combing. She also added a steam cap and let my hair steam for a while and there was some wonderful aromatherapy going as well. We ended the service by wrapping my hair in a towel before letting me brush it out in a separate little room. I had the option to blow dry my hair if I wanted but I chose to leave with wet hair so it could air dry. Overall, this was a very very relaxing way to spend the evening, the process was amazing, and Marsa was so sweet and asked for feedback at the end of the service as well. You can tell this place cares about their customers and the quality of the service they provide and I will absolutely be back!

A true shining star Stylist works at this location. This talented miracle worker is Silvana! Note: She's a "newer" Stylist as she had shared this with me when I tried her for the first time. I have been getting eyelash extensions for over five years, and I have never experienced damage…read morelike this. A few months ago, I booked an appointment online at this location, assuming that any technician assigned to me would be properly trained. Unfortunately, I left my appointment with the majority of my natural lashes glued together. I returned to have the issue corrected, but after the "fix," my lashes were even more stuck together than before. At that point, I was advised to have the extensions removed. What should have been a 30-minute removal took over an hour and a half because my lashes were so badly adhered together. During the removal, nearly half of my natural lashes were pulled out. I was then advised to take a break from lash extensions to allow my lashes to recover. Because I was outside of their 72-hour policy, the salon would not issue a refund. While I understood their policy, I decided to place my membership on hold, expecting my lashes to heal within a reasonable amount of time. It has now been over a month, and my lashes are still significantly damaged. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager informed me that because my membership had been placed on hold, I would now have to pay another $220 for a full set--even though I cannot safely get extensions because of the damage caused during my previous appointments. Had I known my natural lashes would be damaged for months due to poor application, I would have canceled my membership immediately. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, but after this experience, I cannot recommend them. They have taken no accountability for the damage caused, and the lack of concern for both the quality of their work and their customer service has been extremely disappointing
