This restaurant is mainly for carry out but I like that they have some tables because Robert and I always prefer eating our food hot and fresh right at the restaurant. You can get your food anywhere from mild to very spicy you let them know the level of spice that you want. That is one big reason why I prefer coming here over an Indian restaurant with a buffet. Another big reason I like coming here is because they make it fresh and I can have them remove tomatoes from a recipe that has tomatoes in it. I highly recommend coming here. Their chicken biryani could have been a bit more flavorful for my taste and the chicken makhani was pretty good (even though I ordered paneer). It's a small restaurant with pleasant service. I tried the Paneer Taka Tak - which was very tasty and flavorful, the paneer was crumbled into smaller pieces, not the traditional cubes you see at a lot of Indian Restaurants which was pretty unique. The Malai Kofta was also tasty, the sauce portions are pretty big, rice is an additional cost. There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant and they have an extensive mocktail and alcoholic drink selection. The last item I tried was the Mango Lassi - very tasty. Overall, I definitely recommend a visit to Tabla Indian Restaurant- great food!
