Customer service needs to improve. When client arrives you let them sit if the restaurant is empty instead you let them wait for 10 mins. Food quality and quantity is good. We ordered Mongolian Beef, Egg Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, chicken corn soup and chicken friend rice. We had six people never been to restaurant where service charge is added automatically to the bill with six people. On top when they bring the receipt there is space to add tip. Just be aware the service charge is the tip so you get don't charge twice. Customer should be tipping not the restaurant by themselves for a crappy service. read more

While the ambience is good, I wish the food tasted half as good. The service was great though. I ordered street side chowmien, which would rate 3.5 out of 5. This was the only dish I liked. I don't know what went wrong with other reviews for this restaurant but this place has a nice flavorful Indo Chinese food. We were there for Friday night dinner, so expectations were very high with the group and then I saw we got into a 3 star restaurant and I was like, my friends will kill me after dinner for my suggestion. But hell know all the items were cooked to perfection. Chicken 65, chilli chicken garlic, paneer chilli, gobi manchurian, burnt garlic fried rice and hakka noodles. Everything tasted very good. Service was quick, they served and greet all of us. Accommodated high chairs for the kids and were quick turnaround on any requests. I will definitely stop by again. There's usually a table available so reservations aren't necessary on regular weeknights (unless you have a big party). They have cute and informative decor including placemats that tell you your animal according to your birth month and it's significance in the Chinese calendar. All of the food is delicious and comes in solid portions. The crispy chili baby corn is the perfect bite size to begin with- full of crunch and flavor. The vegetable coins in manchurian sauce are my personal fav- melt in your mouth veg pieces dunked in a rich sauce. I started writing this review the same day i went there and was about to give them 3 stars but couldn't finish my review. The next day i started feeling pain in my stomach and eventually it grew a lot. I was not able ti understand what could have caused it but when i went to see the doctor as i had to travel the following day - the doctor asked me what did u have in last 2 days and when i told him about the dinner i had in this place and what all i ate, the doctor immediately said it's because the food was stale thats what caused the pain. I planned to go to this place a week ahead and now with all this i am never going to go to this place ever. Actually not this chain of restaurants at all. On the side note, the manager of this restaurant was very arrogant. We were there for approximately 2 hrs and all this time the manager was busy browsing his phone and was just giving orders to this one server who was running to every table. He didn't even take a step from that place to help any customer. Even the guys who was running all over and also happened to be our server, coz he was the only one was also taking new guests and seating them. Not sure what was the manager's role in that place. Just browse through social media? I went there for some occasion so i was not in a mood to even think about it. Oh and how could I forget to mention that that sell frozen food. They had Naan and Malaysian Parantha in menu and we order pain naan and on the first bite I could figure out it was frozen naan that they head and serve. Naan was $3 per piece and they get a pack of 5 naan from store for $1.99. When asked the server why he didn't tell us that they have frozen naan? He smiled and left. We told them about my food allergies and they proceeded to bring out soup with ingredients I was allergic to 5 minutes later. The dumplings we ordered were cold. I've now been to Inchin's twice for large group events and have had positive experiences both times. The restaurant is large and has a section that can be used for party events which made for a perfect graduation dinner spot when my extended family was in town. The service we received while at the restaurant was largely positive. The bartenders made great drinks and were even taking our song requests. The service was extremely professional! They brought our appetizers fast and our entrees out even faster. The restaurant is adorned with several Chinese decorations ranging from a statue of Buddha to Chinese lettering on the walls. Staff- The manager was just seating on the table whole time and was on his phone and did not care about any guests coming in or guets on table. The tables had different hot sauces too which I used dip my chili potato fries in. The service was timely and quick with refilling our waters. The worst customerservice I have ever experienced. By error i placed order for pickup instead of delivery. I called them to cancel rightaway in a minute. They refused to cancel and said the order is already made. How can you cook order in 1 minute. First said there is no manager to handle the situation. Then a very unprofessional guy SANJEEV talked rudely and denied to return my transaction. I havent got refunded yet. The Toast customer service was requesting for return as well but he was rude with her too. This happened yesterday evening around 7.00 clock. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. HORRIBLE. Veg Manchow soup had a strong fresh vegetable taste and aroma , delicious! Tomato garlic soup was absolutely delicious with a strongly tangy taste. Chicken manchow soup was fairly watery and lacking consistency. Pretty average. Strong on soy sauce. Cauliflower manchurian was abundant, but it's very filling. There is definitely too much sauce on the crispy cauliflower. Mostly you get what you order here. Veg Chilli garlic noodles was pretty good too, a little oily, but not too spicy. Great comfort food. Mongolian chicken was amazing! The sauces were a bit much, but not in a bad way. Reminds me of orange chicken from panda express. If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered from Inchins on Xmas Day '23- glad someone was open! First of all, they mixed up our order and instead of Sweet Sour Pork, I think what they gave us was Kung Pao. There were red chilis in it. It was sooooo hot and spicey, I was in pain for an hour trying to calm my mouth down. My daughter liked her entree but was sick with what appeared to be some kind of food poisoning later that night and next day. BTW - we called the restaurant that night about trying to change the super hot Kung Pao and come in and get something else and they completely blew us off and said they couldn't do anything for us! Food: I would say that the quality of food has deteriorated over the years. I've been here in 2017 - 2018 and the food was fabulous. However, from the past few visits I feel the food is too oily, the sauces used in all the dishes are kind of the same so there's not much taste difference between the dishes in my personal opinion Chili garlic noodles - I found this to be sweet and not at all how chilli garlic noodles normally tastes. Been to this place a couple times and it's okay. Maybe because some of the food is spicy and I can't handle much but I do recommend the chili paneer in the appetizers (not that chili). The service is good and attracts mostly the Indian community. The quantity is a lot even if someone can eat a lot. I feel 3-4 people can easily share what they say 2 can. Don't be the first order on a Friday evening unless you enjoy stale food. We ordered veg Hakka noodles and pan fried chili paneer around 5:30pm for a pick up at 6:15pm. When we opened the container at home later in the evening the noodles stank, they were clearly a day or two old, which they reheated and packed it for our pick up. The paneer was dry and hard as a bone. We used to be regular here but after this experience we are not going back and definitely alerting our friends about their degraded quality. I don't even want to talk about the non courteous front desk staff, I guess the rotten food served to us speaks volume of the restaurant management and their kitchen standards. I have been coming to this place since 2017 or so. Had eaten here over 25 times in this many years but lately their service and food quality has gone down rapidly. Food coming bland and tasteless. Last two times I got paneer chill, once super sour and once no taste at all. Paneer so stiff my partner couldn't even cut it with her fork and knife. I decided to leave one last review since this will be our last time coming here, the one thing that was the worst part of the experience today was our server Prathyusha, idk what type of hurry she was in, we gave her our whole order together appetizer and entree. First appetizer came, and entree came little while after, we placed entree on our plates and started eating, not even 2 minutes go by and she comes to the table and asks do you want to order dessert, we have barely taken 2 bites. She was in too much hurry, we had finished some food and still were finishing up last little, she came by while we were finishing up and just asked are you gonna finish this or should I get the check. Worst service ever, felt like they wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible. Poor service and even worse food. I had to ask multiple times to get water and extra onions. All the food tasted lukewarm and over salty. The actual indo Chinese food was terrible. All just fried and filled with salt / sauces that give you a stomachache. The Thai curry was overly creamy with coconut milk. Butter chicken was awful and the Naan was like a Deep frozen packet one... Also it didn't feel like this place was very hygienic. The waiter's sweatshirt strings dipped into one item and another one didn't wash hands after collecting dishes to serve water and such. Lastly so overpriced for what you get. So where can I start? This place definitely deserves 5 stars in my opinion if the rubric includes nasty food, expired table condiments, and our server was higher than a kite, I mean you'd have to be to work at a place like that but still. The lamb tasted not only like they forgot to season the meat, but as if they tried to find the most diseased and and weakest creature possible. The stench that emanated from this dumpling after being cut open reminded me of why I refrain from non poultry dishes at indian/pakistani restaurants. Overall, the food was disgusting and filled with MSG. We all started getting hot flashes 5 minutes into dining. The service was mediocre, but I don't blame our server. I would do something to numb the pain of having to work at that establishment somehow too. The entertainment they provide was very fun though. Seeing elder women arguing with each other and people continuously swatting flies out of their food had me dying.....until the flies continued their tour towards our table. The Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Hakka Noddles are few of the more consistent options we pick. The Drums of heaven was not what we tasted the last time. These are not chicken leg drums but the wing drums... so expect small size portions. I would say just adequate for 2 adults sharing an appetizers. The Honey chicken was a disappointment lacked taste and was sweet. The entre chicken normally comes with rice as a side but ours did not. Lacks service consistency. The overall experience was not great. I wanted to change an order in 2-3 mins from my order placement and was told that the dish was already getting prepared. Food - good Service - ehhh So this is your typical Indian restaurant experience - hit and miss. Food Gobi Manchurian dry (A) - this was really good but they bought out the wet first even though we asked for dry. Baby corn (A) - this was good also. The waitress decided to clean up a table and replace besides attending to us. It was 3 in the afternoon and no wait and she could have attended to us first. Also she came by with enough carry out containers but then took one back they we needed?!? Just weird and strange. The waitress also asked my kids to not bring in outside food (they got pizza) since they didn't like the food at the restaurant. She was following restaurant policy. But it is dumb and shouldn't have said anything since it wasn't busy and we already ordered a bunch of food. I would have given 3 starts but then the bill came - we had a party of five and they charged us a 18% gratuity and had another line for tip on the credit card receipt. I'm sure numerous people have double tipped in the past. I hate when restaurants pull shady stuff like this. I changed the gratuity to 15%. My wife liked the place and I did also. But since they pulled this shady gratuity thing we won't be coming back. We spent $100+ but won't be again. My wife might pick up one carry out item for $12 but they won't get that $100 ticket for me again.
