Definitely recommend this spot for some good Pan Asian food! Came here for lunch and it was a nice one! The ambience is good with bamboo design on the ceiling and beautiful wall arts! Service was decent. Appetizers took some time to come but the entrée came out quick!! We got the following- 1. Pan fried chilli paneer 2. Chicken 65 3. Wings of Heaven 4. Szechwan fried rice

A hole in the wall restaurant that's a family favorite! Once you find the restaurant in the plaza, you'll notice how big and inviting and colorful the place is. There's usually a table available so reservations aren't necessary on regular weeknights (unless you have a big party). They have cute and informative decor including placemats that tell you your animal according to your birth month and it's significance in the Chinese calendar. All of the food is delicious and comes in solid portions. The crispy chili baby corn is the perfect bite size to begin with- full of crunch and flavor. The vegetable coins in manchurian sauce are my personal fav- melt in your mouth veg pieces dunked in a rich sauce. The spicy thai basil fried rice is good but super spicy (even for a brown person) so be ready to handle the heat (would opt for a less spicy option next time) The lo Mein noodles also had great flavor and a good amount of veggies! There are also multiple condiments available on the table to enjoy with the dishes based on your preferences (sweet vs sour vs spicy vs salty).

I started writing this review the same day i went there and was about to give them 3 stars but couldn't finish my review. The next day i started feeling pain in my stomach and eventually it grew a lot. I was not able ti understand what could have caused it but when i went to see the doctor as i had to travel the following day - the doctor asked me what did u have in last 2 days and when i told him about the dinner i had in this place and what all i ate, the doctor immediately said it's because the food was stale thats what caused the pain. I planned to go to this place a week ahead and now with all this i am never going to go to this place ever. Actually not this chain of restaurants at all. On the side note, the manager of this restaurant was very arrogant. We were there for approximately 2 hrs and all this time the manager was busy browsing his phone and was just giving orders to this one server who was running to every table. He didn't even take a step from that place to help any customer. Even the guys who was running all over and also happened to be our server, coz he was the only one was also taking new guests and seating them. Not sure what was the manager's role in that place. Just browse through social media? I went there for some occasion so i was not in a mood to even think about it. Oh and how could I forget to mention that that sell frozen food. They had Naan and Malaysian Parantha in menu and we order pain naan and on the first bite I could figure out it was frozen naan that they head and serve. Naan was $3 per piece and they get a pack of 5 naan from store for $1.99. When asked the server why he didn't tell us that they have frozen naan? He smiled and left. Places like this should be banned who serve such bad quality food. Its 5 times cheaper for me to but all that stuff from Indian Grocery store in frozen form and eat at home.

If you're looking for delicious Chinese and Indian dishes that are all halal, look no further. My wife and I went here for my Mother-in-law's birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish we got. The service was extremely professional! They brought our appetizers fast and our entrees out even faster. They serve the typical Chinese dishes you would find at other restaurants, but trust me when I say that their taste is phenomenal. The restaurant is adorned with several Chinese decorations ranging from a statue of Buddha to Chinese lettering on the walls. The restaurant itself is fairly large and can probably seat upwards of 200 people at one time. Eating here feels as authentic as the food on your plate. I highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken as it was our favorite. Definitely stop by if you're in the mood for some delicious grub! I also would like to mention that the staff did not have any issues with us bringing a birthday cake and balloons inside the restaurant.

Good server, good ambiance, Bad food. Had food poisoning next morning. Reservations and Wait time- None, they do not have waitlist or reservations options. When we called, they said that waitlist is on arrival only. Ambiance - is very good. very clean. but we had a DOG GUEST. Yes yes. As per my knowledge resturants cannot have Dogs unless they are service dogs or its an open patio seating. but the waiting area had a big dog sitting on the table. after about 30 min of seating, the manager took the dog into back of the resturants somewhere. Server- Our server was very nice and quick. But he did mention that tips are not given to them. which really surprised me. because in my whole experience at this visit that was the only good thing. Staff- The manager was just seating on the table whole time and was on his phone and did not care about any guests coming in or guets on table. May be he is paid to be there to be on phone and play with his dog. Menu and Food - Alot of options but ince we started tasting we realised soon enough that all the food is Stale and frozen. and when we asked the sever, he said that he cannot do anything, they do no have any trained chef to make all that stuff so they just have frozen food which they serve. the food was not even warmed up properly. Soup- Good Paneer Taco- they are Chalupa with paneer stuffing and chalupa was cold as if it was taken out of the refrigerator. paneer tasted good. Dumpling - they were not even room temp. the stuffing was cold and then we confirmed that are frozen so they might not have been heated up enough. the sauce on top was hot. Kung pao paneer- - good Chilli garlic noodles- we confirmed if that is going to be spicy and we were told that it is very spicy. believe it was so bland that even a kid can enjoy it easily. Naan- completely frozen- not heated up properly- when asked - they server told that they do not have any trained chef to cook Naan. and said that what do you expect in indo chinese resturant. we get everything frozen. I loved the honesty. Hope they do not fire the server. On top of everything- had food poisoning next day.

Four for service. Food was really good. The baby corn and paneer 65 are must orders. Spring rolls were doughy and raw! Our server was slow and it took ages to get seated. But other than that we enjoyed our meal. Tried the mango lassi also very good. Ingredients are fresh.

As an Indian, you can relate when I say there's no other food that can satisfy your Indo-Chinese cravings. It's neither Indian, it's definitely not Chinese, but it's oh so delicious! Inchin's Bamboo Garden checks off those cravings with its no-fuss pretty classic Indo-Chinese food. I ordered the classics - chilly paneer, Hakka noodles, Manchurian and chilly chicken. All of it was well done and they got the spice level perfect for me since I'm a wuss when it comes to heat. Prices are standard, interiors are neat and the portion sizing was great too for the three of us. I think my only disappointment was the service. There were just 3 parties seated when we went in and yet the server took forever to take our order, bring our food as well as take the cheque. Apart from the slow service, everything was great and I'll def be back!

Fly on the plates!!!! And the more of them

Flies in the lobby and unclean bathrooms. Menu is extensive. Wouldn't go here if cleanliness is important to you.

I've been passing by this restaurant for a long time and finally decided to give it a try! It didn't disappoint! I loved the ambiance of the restaurant with the dimmer lighting and decor. The tables had different hot sauces too which I used dip my chili potato fries in. The service was timely and quick with refilling our waters. We ordered Tom yum soup, chicken 65, crispy chili potatoes, smoked chicken curry, and Mongolian beef. The Tom yum soup tasted a bit salty for me but everything else was delicious! Definitely coming here again!

For entires, we ordered orange chicken, lemon chicken, the rainbow lo mein, kung pao chicken, and then sweet and sour chicken. The food is so very good. Probably the best Americanized Chinese food we've ever had. Especially the kung pao. One thing to watch out for is the tip is added to your bill automatically. Turns out, the only thing that got better was my ability to ignore red flags. The food can be good--sometimes even genuinely tasty--but it's like playing culinary roulette. The same dish never tastes the same twice. It often feels like they just grab whatever ingredients are lying around, toss in some meat, and hope for the best. If you like consistency, you'll find yourself missing other restaurants while you're still sitting in this one. The service is a mood swing. A couple of servers are warm and hospitable, and I appreciate them. But others are rushed, cold, and oddly entitled about tips. I've had the bill slapped down while I'm mid-bite and plates whisked away before I'm done eating. I absolutely believe in tipping well for good service--but dropping food, not refilling drinks, barely checking in, and then hovering for a big tip isn't service; it's pressure with a fake smile. And then there's the rice. I never thought I'd have serious feelings about rice bowls, but here we are. They serve rice in tiny, kid-sized bowls like it's some rare limited-edition collectible. You're expected to stretch that little scoop across a full entrée. For what they charge, it sends a pretty clear message: generosity is not part of the business model. The final straw--and the reason I'm writing this--was my last visit. Shortly after eating there, I ended up with nasty stomach issues and two days of terrible diarrhea. I can't see what happens in the kitchen, but I can connect timing. Once I lose trust in a restaurant's hygiene, it's over. I've only given that "never again" label to one other place in my life. Yu's just earned the second spot. If you're reading this before going, imagine your future self looking back and saying, "Why did I ignore that review?" There are plenty of places where the food is consistent, the staff doesn't rush you or guilt-trip you for tips, rice isn't treated like gold, and you don't spend the next 48 hours regretting your decision. After five years of giving Yu's Mandarin chance after chance, I'm done. If you value your money, time, and stomach, you might want to skip the experiment altogether.

My wife, her mom, and I were in Chicago to remember my father-in-law's death anniversary, and my sister-in-law chose Chef Ping's, for our party of nine for a Wednesday lunch. Parking is plentiful and the dining area can seat a lot. We got seated at a large round table in the back room, with a large lazy susan (just need to remember to spin it very slowly). We ordered a lot, and the food came out slowly. There was plenty of leftovers for the local folks to have for future meal or two. 3 Shrimp Toast (6 pieces each) - $26.85 - greasy but good, with the shrimp paste being a little sweet (in a good way) Noodle in Black Bean Sauce ($12.50) - this is jja jang myeon, which two of us had the previous night. It was OK, not near the top of the best I've had. Ping's Noodle Soup ($15.50) - the other classic Chinese-Korean dish, this is jjampong, a dish I've had many times. I was the only one to eat it, so ended up being my main dish. It was good, with thick noodles...just wish it had more seafood. Salt & Pepper Smelt ($16.90) - not sure if always available, but this was excellent...my favorite dish and one that I finished once I realized that everybody had their fill. It really depends on the quality of the smelt, which was excellent in this case. It was lightly battered, and carefully deep fried. Other dishes enjoyed by others: 2 Salt & Pepper Prawns - $35.90 - large head-on shell-on prawns fire wokked. Salt & Pepper Tofu ($11.50) - for the vegetarians Chicken Skewers (4) - $8.75 - tender and shareable Walnut Shrimp ($19.90) - mayo with shrimp Young Chow Fried Rice ($12.50) - fried rice is a necessity for our group Mongolian Beef ($17.50) - a classic 2 Sesame Ball (4) - $7 - a great way to finish a meal. 18% tip was automatically added, and service was OK throughout. Both the service and quality of food has gone way down from what they were famous for. Then the other server that brought our entrees spilled my husbands tea and again no offering to getting a fresh cup. We had to ask AGAIN for a fresh cup! While the portions were generous, the quality of all the food has gone way down. The special family recipe of thier shrimp dish Gan Pong is nothing but fried shrimp with dried chili peppers and no flavor. The Hunan spicy beef and chicken appeared to be all globs and sticky because of excessive and over use of corn starch used during the cooking process. This dish didn't have any unique flavor that one would expect. Previously we had experienced a difference in the food, taste and quality and that's what kept us returning. Sadly, after this experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or come back! I'd rather stick with Yu's Mandarin than drive to this place! Quality always wins over quantity in my books!
