My Choice Limousine experience was AMAZING! We had the best day with Mauricio, our driver. He was so polite and made us feel special. There were 10 of total and it was the first time my parents were meeting my fiance's parents after 5 years! We had told the parents that we had a couple ubers picking us up so when they saw the limo they were ecstatic. They couldn't believe the kids surprised them! Ben was also terrific to work with. We hired Choice Limousine and Sedan Services for transportation to a corporate event. The reservation process was simple and the service provided by our driver Raymond was excellent. He called ahead to let us know he was en route, called upon his arrival, (a few minutes early) and did everything to make our drop off and pick up from a busy downtown hotel easy and seamless. The 6 passenger Cadillac was as advertised...If you have 5 or more people in your party, would recommend sizing up to the 8 passenger MKT or stretch Lincoln. I should have read the reviews first. I reserved a H2 limo last minute and the driver was nice and arrived exactly at five but the limo was old, had rust, the back windows didn't role up and there were multiple rips in the appolstery. The radio only picked up a few channels, it didn't have XM radio. There was some trash left over from prior trips. The price was the same as other companies who maintain their fleet. read more

Our limo driver gets five stars, no hesitation whatsoever! It was raining during our entire event, so Jeremy was quite diligent about making sure all the ladies in the court (and myself) stayed as dry as possible to and from our stops and eventual venue. He was quite hospitable and even joked around with one of our young men on the court. Such a nice guy...deserves a good tip! We reserved a limo for a night out at at concert. I had gone back and forth on whether to get a limo so I was booking last minute ( about 2 days before the event) The booking was easy and Ben was very responsive. The pricing was fair and we got the exact size vehicle I wanted. I shopped around to no less than 4 other limo companies to compare pricing and options. The limo arrived a bit before the agreed time, which was perfect as this evening was a surprise birthday gift. It was a new black limo with all the expected trimmings, ice, water, glass ware, fun limo buttons to push! Jeremy (our driver) was professional and kind. He really made the evening easy- this was 2 moms with their young teenage daughters kind of night so we weren't wild but maybe a bit flighty and excited. He was very thoughtful of the rush hour drop off at the Capital One Arena and during the mess at the end of the concert he was right there to get us! Thanks for making a special evening easy and fun! WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING! I had my wedding last Saturday and this company provided the biggest headache of the day. It started with an email at 8AM stating that our limo had broken down and that they were sending a bus to shuttle the bridal party. Not exactly what I ordered, which was a stretch hummer limo. We come to find out that the hummer limo had broken down the day before and they only emailed us the morning of our wedding. Not only did we not get the limo of choice, but after the ceremony, the driver tells my husband and I and that the whole back of the bus was broken. The doors wouldn't open and the AC was broken. It was 90 degrees outside that day! The entire bridal party was suppose to ride in the shuttle with us to go to our photo locations, some of them chose other transportation, but the ones that stayed with us in bus basically boiled in the bus. As you know, there are many layers to a wedding dress and I was sweating buckets, which doesn't do well for photo taking. We basically had to skip some photo locations because it was so hot that I could not bear to be in that bus any longer. They also said it would take an hour and a half to send a replacement vehicle! Ridiculous! Save yourself the stress and go with another company, they may have cheaper prices, but you will suffer in the long run. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was planning a wine tour for a friends bachelorette party and was looking for reasonably priced limo service. We had 14 people which is an awkward number for a limo because it's too big for a 10-12 person stretch limo and we didn't want a limo bus that looked like an airport shuttle from the outside. So I was limited to the companies with stretch Excursions and Hummers in their fleet. My options were slim and after narrowing it down I started working with Chariots for Hire. This was my first time renting a limo service and I was trying to keep the cost down since it was going to be an expensive weekend so I had a lot of questions. Chariots for Hire made me feel like I was bothering them every time I contacted them. I was pretty bummed by the fact that I was going to have to give them my business because I was running out of time and thought I had exhausted my other options but I was so annoyed by their treatment that I decided to do one last ditch google search to see if I found anything. That's when I found Choice Limousine & Sedan Services. The price was by far the best and they were running a special so I got a 7th hour for free. You just couldn't beat it. Joe was so helpful from day one. I called initially to ask my list of pestering questions and he answered each one with no hint of irritation. I followed the phone call with a handful of emails and Joe was not phased. He was polite, responsive and easygoing. I signed a contract for 20 person stretch Hummer H2 and that was that. Now I waited to write my review until after the event because even if the customer service is great you never know if the driver is going to come along and blow it.... Tony was AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this guy. I had sent an itinerary in advance and from the minute the day began the schedule was totally shot. He picked us up in front of our hotel in Washington, DC and arrived 15 minutes early. Once he got out of the limo I said "we have some changes to the itinerary" and he said "just give me an address and I'll get you there. I'll do whatever you need." And he meant it! He had to make 3 stops in the city to round up our group of 14 girls and he navigated that stretch Hummer like a pro around Dupont Circle. One of the bridesmaids had a flat tire mishap and at the last minute we decided to wait for her. While en-route we told Tony to pull over while we waited for her to take a cab to meet us. Pulling over a stretch Hummer in DC is not an easy feat but he made it work. We waited 20 minutes on the side of the road and he didn't show an ounce of irritation. We went to two wineries that day and by the end of it he was like part of the gang. He hung out with us at the last winery and was kind enough to remind us of the time when we got lost in the beauty of the day so that we wouldn't be late getting back to DC. We finished the day with group hugs and a "Tony, Tony" chant as he drove away. I will personally request Tony for any future rentals. He made our day extra special. It is also worth noting that the limo was perfect. It was listed as the 20 person stretch Hummer H2. 20 people would work for a prom night or a wedding party when you don't carry much more than a purse or jacket and you're only in the limo for a short period of time. It was a perfect fit for our group of 14 because we had a lot of stuff with us to take up the extra space. We were also in the limo for about 3.5 hours so it was great having that extra room. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give them 0 of 5 stars I would. Their cheap prices lure you in, but once you provide your credit card info they charge you 50% immediately and you'll receive terrible customer service. After booking, I e-mailed - nothing. I called and left a voicemail - nothing for 5 days, so I called back. The owner Ben answered. I was curious why he assigned a different capacity vehicle for the evening shift than the one we agreed to and was assigned for the afternoon shift. He harassed me and raised his voice at me because I went online and cancelled the incorrect vehicle because I thought an error occurred. He directly lied to me about the service that I desired saying that it wasn't possible to do that under the given circumstance and that I'd have to extend the timeframe (pay more) if I wanted what I originally ordered. He went on to say that I was holding up the whole process and delaying his drivers. The event was over 2 months away. He didn't explain anything about why he changed what we agreed to. I cancelled before he could do more damage on my wedding day. Read other review sites and you'll see that Ben is absolute scum. He scammed me out of $730. read more
