Around December, I received a generic Mercedes key fob without the logo, which was completely fine with me. However, the center piece repeatedly falls off, and the key itself has intermittently failed, requiring me to carry my original Mercedes key as a backup. I had planned to replace the car soon, so initially I didn't want to make an issue of it. However, I'm keeping the car longer than expected, and the recurring key problems have become genuinely frustrating--especially because the same center piece continues to fall off. **I don't want to complain or ask for yet another replacement.
