We used Choices to remodel our kitchen and three bathrooms, put quarry tile on our entry way and patio, tile a fireplace in our master bedroom and install laminate flooring throughout the house including wrapping individual stairs on an open staircase. The tile work especially that in our master bath and on our fireplace is beyond beautiful. Jack has 30 years experience in installing tile and it shows. He has a great eye for color, knew the tile lines that he carrys and recommended tile choices and installation options that were reasonable and fit well with the decorating look we have created. We couldn't be happier with the result. Jack has an experienced network of subs. We needed to use plumbing, electrical and painting (when we decided to replace our dated popcorn ceilings and install crown molding ...after the work started). BEWARE. The owner of this business is NOT A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Jack, the owner, swore he was a General Contractor for more than 30 years. I had him do a job for me, installing granite and he cracked my very expensive granite and when notified, he stated he would not fix it because it must have been cracked before. I know for a fact, it WAS NOT cracked. The granite cost me $4,000.00 and he charged $2,500.00 to fabricate and install. Then to find out that he is NOT a GC and now I have no recourse except to inform others that Jack admits he is a liar. He admitted he lied to us. He is also a scam artist and thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Jack uses another name when a license is needed. Jack is a liar, a cheat and a thief. Beware.... make sure you get his license number as Jack has it under a different name....that is why I warn anyone thinking about doing business with this man. I have a bathroom cabinet drawer that has never shut properly and when asked if they would come and repair I was told no. Don't let the owner fool you, Jack is not a honest businessman. read more
