How's this Mayjah and Massive Plate Lunch from Flyin Ahi in Mililani Tech Park Shoyu and Ahi Limu…read morePoke on Rice with Furikake,Korean Chicken, and those delicious Kalbi Fries and Mac Salad. All I can say is that this Plate was epic in each and every way. The Korean Fried Chicken was Super Crispy and Tasty. The Ahi Poke was Ono and those Kalbi Fries..Amazing!!! Those Crispy Crinkle Fries topped with Shreds of Kalbi were a match made in Heaven. Those Crinkle Fries really stole the show. I absolutely love Crispy Crinkle Fries when they are cooked perfectly. And of course I had to have Mac Salad with this Plate. There's a reason why Flyin' Ahi Lunch Wagon has a following. Not only is their Menu amazing but the Local Braddah taking your order is one of the nicest guys around . No matter how busy they get this guy's service and attitude is top notch. He's also very accommodating when it comes to making the Plate Lunch to your own specifications and to me that says a lot. This Plate was nothing short of spectacular and if you are in the Mililani Tech Park Area for Lunch you definitely have to check this place out. -- at Flyin' Ahi.

Definitely worth the wait, taking off work, and the cost. They give a lot!! Parking is street or next to a parking lot I'm not too familiar with but had plenty parking and quick too. This place is close to the Schofield army base and on the way to north shore…read more Some of the dishes here are tasty and very flavorful. (Just ask for recommendation but I tend to stick to what they seem to specialize in) It's also pretty unique because you don't really see Cajun+Hawaii fusion dishes. That potato salad is excellent. You can also see chunks of potato's in it. The chef also has a culinary school background from KCC and worked under some famous chef in New Orleans and Hawaii. I also learned Guy Fieri made a TV show about this. I remember ordering from here 2 years ago and was surprised how good it was without knowing the background. So it's like a hidden gem. I got more pictures of what I got in the past, but I'm too lazy to look for it in my album. But I'll stick with their signatures. (I like the smoke meat, crispy sushi roll, blackened Ahi, furikake salmon, etc)

I ordered the Executive Chef Plate, and honestly, the best way I can describe it is: meh…read more Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out either. For something called the Executive Chef Plate, I expected a little more flavor and personality. The food was very average overall, and most of what I tried was pretty bland. The salmon poke did not have much taste, and the garlic shrimp and fish were underwhelming. The kalbi was probably the best thing on the plate, but there was only one piece of it, which was disappointing. The cashier was polite enough, so no issue there. As far as ambiance, I did not really take much notice since they were about to close, but it did not seem like a place I would want to sit down and eat. Thinking back, I do not even remember seeing much of a dining area or tables. The whole experience was just very forgettable. Overall, it was okay, but nothing special. It filled the stomach, but there was nothing about it that would make me rush back. Based on this visit, 3 stars feels fair.
