After being buzzed in, I stood right in front of the employee. He looked at me, then got on his phone and didn't acknowledge me while I was standing there. There was also a woman on the phone, which I understand, but even after that, there was still no greeting or basic acknowledgment. When he finally spoke to me, his facial expression and tone felt dismissive, like I wasn't worth the time. He did give me the information I needed, so I got what I came for. But the overall interaction didn't sit right with me. It felt like I was being judged based on how I looked or what I brought in. A customer is still a customer, no matter what they walk in with. Just sharing my experience so others know what they might expect.

I originally came in hoping to purchase a Rolex, but the model I'm looking for wasn't available. May explained the process and added me to the waiting list. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and took the time to show us several other watches. While we were there, she showed my wife some beautiful pieces, and we ended up purchasing a Cartier for her. My wife loves it! Throughout the entire experience, May was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She even made sure we were comfortable and offered us water while we looked around. What really stood out was how welcome she made both of us feel, even though the Rolex I originally came for wasn't available. It made the Cartier purchase feel special and enjoyable rather than pressured. Now I'm hoping to get that exciting call from May when my Rolex becomes available! The sales associate told me the Black Bay 54 is "not a dive watch," which is just factually wrong. Then she tried to show me a TAG Heuer Solargraph. I asked whether it was a quartz movement. She said no, "it's solar." I clarified that I understood it was solar-powered, but asked whether the movement itself was quartz. She still said no. When I pointed out the ticking seconds hand, she insisted that just because the seconds hand ticks doesn't mean it's quartz. At that point, it was clear she did not know the watches she was selling. I don't expect every salesperson to be an expert, but if someone is going to speak confidently, the basic information should be correct. The whole interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and uninformed. I walked out and will not be returning.

The first time we didn't bring my jade and other items, just chat with Mr. David and found out that he is a very knowledgeable and experienced master with Jade, diamond and other gemstones with so many years hands on experiences. So I made my decision to bring my jade, diamond and ruby to him the next visit. Mr. David is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains every item's details from the look to the test results from his professional examination equipment. Also showed us the similar item both in fake and real in his own collections to teach us the difference between the fake one and nature stone. For my real diamond, he counted the whole one and melees very carefully and gave the most precise appraise price, and also the current retail price. He also gave me the advice on not to change the diamond ring's base and the reason behind this, and help us to clean the item with the professional tool. Mr. David is a very fun person to chat as well, it's really fascinating to hear some of the stories from the master who has been trough a lot. We are glad to find the Pro like Mr. David in this field in LA area with all the strong knowledge and vivd personality.
