A little over half of the machines were out of order. The floor was nasty, covered in dryer sheets and some trash as well as dirt tracked in. The washers were too small and too expensive to be useful. I had to use 3 of them for what I could do in one machine at home. I was charged $6 for each wash. So for one load I ended up spending over $20 (had to dry too). There's also the problem that I had to wait for others because there weren't enough available machines, otherwise we all could have been going at the same time. The dryers were huge though and my clothes smelled great after. Overall, not enough working machines, too small of machines, and too expensive. I'll hang dry my clothes in the bathroom.

First and foremost, they have Great customer service and a clean facility. When doing your laundry, clean facility is a must because that way you know they're keeping the machines clean as well.
