The machines are new and work well. I put clothes in, and after like 5 min of putting quarters in, and pushing the screen buttons a few times, my clothes came out clean. There are two change machines, one works well with a little arcade- finesse, massaging the bills on the corner before putting it in. The washer and dryers are new and you can put like a week's load of clothes in without overfilling the machine. It has a free toilet and sink with running water and soap, not an outhouse in the cold. No paper towels but it's fairly clean and looks like updated repairs on the walls etc. it advertises to have free wifi here but I couldn't find any posting for info of what the wifi was or the password. There are two vending machines and soda machine. It's expensive, but probably cheaper than buying a new house and washer and dryer. I give it four stars. Thanks, Forbes!

They have fixed or replaced the broken machines and have ongoing maintenance. The manager is helpful and friendly. She is new but I bet she will stick around - she loves Fbks. I dropped my Laundry off at Ping's at 9:30 am and they text me to let me know it was clean and folded by 2 pm. First and foremost, they have Great customer service and a clean facility. When doing your laundry, clean facility is a must because that way you know they're keeping the machines clean as well. They have a nice waiting area watch television. They have books to read. They have a snack machine pretty much anything to make you comfortable for the next hour. Compared to another laundry facility that I went to this is the most amazing thing and sliced bread lol. As well, they do offer showers to those in need I will definitely be returning
