The legendary Mark Kramer, with Pan American!
    Jickles H.

We came here to see the legendary Mark Kramer and Pan American for an evening of ambient guitar-centric music with films playing as a backdrop. We had dinner first and had the Smashed in Paradise burger and some steaks. The food and service were very good and the price was reasonable for what you got. The beer list was good but not huge; no problem - they had what we wanted! The music venue was very large and had great sound. Folding chairs were set up as the music was meant to be experienced with the projected films. I appreciated the open space at the restaurant and venue. Easy to move around and no claustrophobia!! We will happily come back for dinner or a concert or both!

Came here with my fiancee to see her friend's son play in the Led Zeppelin cover band. On an afternoon where all the kids are playing, this is a busy place. There's a long bar area in the front, and the stage is through the doors in the back. I had a rum and coke, people watched, and enjoyed the music. It's a clean place but gets crowded quickly. The bar staff seemed overwhelmed. It was crowded in the back, and people kept walking by trying to steal our table or leaving their trash on our table. The staff used sandbags to prop the doors open so people kept tripping as they came in and out. It was an alright place and experience. It was interesting to see the School of Rock performances.

This is one dope concert venue. Me & my girlfriend got to see Tommy Richman's sold out show and it was everything we expected and then some lol. The crowd was so diverse from age & ethnicity which showed this a venue that excepts everyone. I do want to come back eventually to try their food when the restaurant is open.

We just tried this place for dine in but my husband ordered takeout before and enjoyed the burger and fries. We also got a few things from the butcher and everything has bren good. Especially the dry aged steak... one of the best steaks I've ever had. When we went this week, I got the the filet mignon. Beware the menus aren't consistent. What was online was different than the QR code but we asked and could still have the filet. It was on the rare side for medium rare but very tender cut. The broccoli was good but a little sparse. My husband tried the special burger and enjoyed it. He liked their fries a lot. For starters we had the oysters and wings. The oysters were good. My husband but into what appeAred to be a raw drumstick and we told the waiter. He took them back to the kitchen, comped the app, and brought new crisper ones. They ensured us they had been smoked for 6 hours and were cooked through but def looked suspect. Either way, the waiter was great and they handled it well. Overall, good service. Pretty good food and great butcher.

I didn't eat anything here, but I wanted to comment this is a FABULOUS place to catch a live show! Spent just $35 to watch Mucca Pazza on NYE and it was one of the best concert going experiences in years. The space is clean, open, well-ventilated, with high ceilings and great acoustics. Space for a merch table. Could pop in and out to the bar if needed. I was just there to see the show so I didn't eat or drink anything, but they did offer food before the show and the menu looked great. Staff: SUPER NICE! This was NYE and they were dealing with a lot of sauced up customers by 1 AM when I left, and were very kind and patient with everyone and especially nice and welcoming to me as I arrived and left. Coat check, too. I can't wait to see another show here.

Came for brunch a long while back and it was a solid brunch spot! Recently came for the Tommy Richmond show and it was so fun! Super easy to get in, no line. Smaller venue with an upstairs which was nice. Our beers were somewhat cheap but I did see the cocktails were a little expensive. I'll come back for another show for sure!

Food came out very quickly and staff were nice :) So tasty without bones and cauliflower was perfect! Not to soft and not uncooked.

Screw this venue. Woefully understaffed bar meant waiting about ten minutes for a round of drinks. $9.00 for a shot of well bourbon and then these people have the nerve to tack on a 20% tip without telling you. When they hand the credit card machine over, it has some suggested tips--those are above and beyond the 20%. This place left a bad taste in my mouth

We came here Wednesday evening for happy hour - which means Oysters! For February, they had a special deal - a bottle of Michael Lavelle rosé with a dozen oysters for $35. Given that a dozen oysters was $27, this special was definitely worth it. The oysters were nice - not the best I've tasted but they had a delicate and light flavor and were served with horseradish with cocktail sauce, or vinaigrette with shallots. Nothing tasted spoiled. For happy hour, we also ordered a few of the appetizers - cauliflower bites and also wings. These were marinated in Siracha chili, and honey sesame. Both sauces had a good taste and provided a good amount of moisture to the fried plates. We also ordered a cheese plate, which was nothing to brag about - it had Swiss, cheddar, and bleu cheese, along with some chicken liver pate and a few cold cuts of meats. In contrast to a lot of the other reviews I've seen, service was quick and they were extremely polite and accommodating. That being said, there were about 4 tables seated and the rest of the place was empty - perks of coming on a weekday night I guess. Overall price was very acceptable, since we ordered off happy hour menu. If I'm looking for a cheap oyster experience on Wednesdays, I'll be for sure coming here.

Had tickets to a show and came here for dinner before. It was perfect logistics. Really convenient. Had the choice of sitting inside or outside and chose to dine on the patio. Interesting murals and comfortable, casual tables. We waited a really long time for service, but as I implore others to do, understand there is a serious staff shortage everywhere, remain patient and understanding. Once our server came by, she was very sweet and apologetic. They didn't have a cider on tap, my personal favorite, so I started with a very spicy, but very yummy spicy Margarita. After that, I switched to a canned cider option. It was okay. We had the burrata wrapped in prosciutto. Hated this dish! I would almost suggest that they remove it from the menu. I don't want to make a flippant comment without constructive feedback, so allow me to explain and also preface this by saying that this is clearly based on my personal experience and expectations. I eat burrata very often and have always seen it presented as a pillowy ball or small pulls of it on a pizza so I envisioned that but just with a blanket of prosciutto. Instead, it was 4 rolls of prosciutto with burrata spread in the middle. Without a photo as a visual aid, I'd say it was comparable to a salami/cream cheese roll up made famous in the 1980s potluck party scene, if you were lucky, there was a pickle in the middle...okay, sorry getting back on track. I'm in no way complaining that it was too much prosciutto, but the overall dish just made no sense. It was like eating a huge piece of lunch meat with a fork and knife. There could have been bread or more burrata. The cheese to meat ratio was very off. I cut away the prosciutto entirely to be able to taste the burrata, it was incredibly overpowering and I do love me some prosciutto, but this was an incredibly disappointing $16 appetizer. It's almost a bad look. I wish it didn't taint the rest of my experience because we both enjoyed our burgers, albeit smaller in size than what I'm used to, but quality ingredients and well cooked. I had the smash burger. Thumbs up for sure. My husband had the Royal burger and it was also pretty stellar. I upgraded from fries to elotes and glad I did. The elotes were fire. We both declared it our favorite dish of the evening. Overall, we had a solid experience, but my takeaways are to avoid the prosciutto wrapped burrata, get the elotes and plan accordingly because we both felt like either portions were a little small or we need to evaluate our appetites, but we both felt like we were still a little hungry.

The perfect "we're all vaccinated" spot to have dinner with a handful of friends I hadn't seen in a year! They were out of a lot of things on their menu do to a busy brunch, slightly annoying but understandable. We were seated on the rooftop, which is super cute and has well spaced out heaters. Our table basically just ordered a bunch of apps. The sweet chili wings, regular fries with parm (they were out of sweet potato) and the Prosciutto wrapped Burrata were a hit with all of us!! The elote was also to die for! As far as drinks go the Mugatu's Necktie is phenomenal. I thought it was going to be a bitter and dry drink but it ended up being super smooth! I believe I ordered 3 throughout the night!

We were welcomed nicely. Service was really nice. The menu though-- drinks and food are on another level. Everything is just elevated a little bit more. We were going to order at the counter, but we were offered paper menus and told we could take a seat in the front area if we'd like to have our coffees there. I ordered the Black Walnut & Honey latte ($7) that was really mild on flavor. My husband had the Crème Brulee latte ($10), which was better but noticeably smaller. The Cinnamon Roll ($8) was fine, but it wasn't worth $8, and it wasn't heated all the way through. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Confit Mushroom Egg & Cheese Sandwich ($6) at all. It wasn't hot, and the smell was a bit off-putting. Despite a lackluster experience, the real disappointment hadn't sunk in yet. When I got home and glanced at our receipt, I realized that they had charged a mandatory additional 20% service fee. I at first thought my husband had unexpectedly left a large tip, but I checked their menu again and saw that it says "For dine in service only: When your bill arrives, it will have a 20% service charge added to the subtotal. This we use to compensate our staff as they deserve for their exceptional work. As such no additional gratuity is expected." I have of course seen this practice done at full service restaurants, but I wasn't expecting this for a café visit simply because we chose to sit and drink our coffees there instead of taking them to go. It was a bit of an awkward space as it was, and we were still going up to the counter to get our food and drinks and carried our plates up when we were done.
