If you place an order $50 or more you get an appetizer for free. our previous visit they forgot it and we were told the next time when we place an order to remind them and they will give us one. So since this order was over $50, I got one appetizer for free plus the appetizer that they forgot about last time. The owner comes out and starts digging out the additional appetizer. You only get one you only get one. Which I nicely explained to her that they owed us two. Very unpleasant woman. But the disappointment comes when I get home and opened all of the containers. Mongolian beef was horrible. It's called Mongolian beef because it's supposed to have beef . The dish is 90% onion couple noodles throw in and a little bit of beef ....just horrible. Same thing with other two meals where you had majority of vegetables and no meats or shrimp. Very disappointed with the order. They are becoming hidden and miss restaurant. I judge a lot of places by their soups. This one was close but I have to take off a star for that. Overall, this was a satisfying meal and it didn't break the bank. I've noticed that they tend to be on the lightly seasoned side, so I always request fried rice extra spicy and dark. This means they will add a little more soy sauce and very mild spice. Also, they do make smoothies guys. An important note, when you order, you pay at pickup, not online. All I want, some consistency in life. They are consistent. Have ordered from them twice now through grub hub. First time food arrived on time. Was good but not the best we've had. Tonight the kids were begging for Chinese and the place we usually order from had an hour and a half wait time. This place was only 45 minutes for delivery. Order should have arrived by 6:15 but it came at 7pm. I called the restaurant when it was 20 minutes late because the kids needed to get ready for bed soon they said it would be about 5 minutes. When it was 40 minutes late I called grub hub. 5 or 10 minutes later it arrived - COLD and after I had to feed the kids scrambled eggs for dinner because they go to bed at 7:15. To top it off 2 items were missing. Grub hub got a 50% refund on my order for me. I will not order from them again. read more

We came across this place when it first reopened as Chopsticks after Yen Ching Express 2 went out of business. I had the Mapa Tofu then and it was really good which is not something I say often because most Chinese take out places make really gross Mapa Tofu. Today, we ordered from this place through Grubhub for lunch and I ordered Mapa Tofu again. First, I found a hair in the rice. I just shoved that part of the rice off the plate. Then, I found a silver twist tie in the Mapa Tofu. Nope. Done. Never ordering from them again. Aside from the human hair and silver twist tie, the taste went downhill since the first time I had it. read more

How you respond when a customer respectfully brings a legitimate concern to your attention says a lot. Also very tasty. Definitely believe they use peanut butter so for those allergy people don't recommend it and the Mongolian beef good flavor not overly spicy just right. The fried rice had good flavor. It wasn't just soy sauce coated rice And we definitely plan on being there again.
