Our guests raved about it all night! The service was equally exceptional. During cocktail hour, we never had to wait for a drink; their staff was attentive and ensured everyone was taken care of. I ran my own catering company for twelve years and planned my share of weddings; I am well aware that Sarah's graceful and seemingly effortless execution of the entire extravaganza was, in reality, the result of assiduous attention to detail, tireless preparation and contingency planning and a wonderful capacity for collaboration and communication. She juggled the often conflicting priorities of the bride, the site planners, the hotel event staff and literally dozens of other vendors, while subtly nudging them all toward a coherent team effort with charm and finesse. I know from professional experience how much hard work goes into making things look easy. Often, it's the little touches that leave lasting impressions and fond memories. In the final, hectic minutes before we left the house for the ceremony, it was discovered that one of the wedding party did not have his specially matched tie (all of the ties had been ordered months in advance and couldn't be replaced.) Sarah made a matching tie "materialize" out of thin air ; always "Be Prepared" for any eventuality. She had saved a spare. Moments later, as we awaited the arrival of the shuttle, she noticed that my son, who was perspiring freely in the 90 degree heat, was in need of tee shirt to protect his dress shirt, she raced off and bought him one. This space is handi-accessible which was a big factor for venue selection. The staff was so friendly and attentive and the space was able to accommodate a DJ with the dance floor and a space for cocktail hour with an ice cream bar, yum! The cocktail hour consisted of seemingly endless appetizers/hor dourves and the bartender was awesome during the open bar including signature drinks for the brides and their cat, Rory (yes, named after Gilmore Girls). The main course was buffet style with coffee and cake afterwards. We had to leave earlier, but I was also told my friends had a fry bar as well! Certainly a nice place for a Sunday wedding on Cinco De Mayo!

But on my wedding day, before I could even think about what needed to be done, she and her team already had everything handled. They worked so seamlessly behind the scenes that I never had to worry about a single thing. They kept everyone on schedule, made sure the entire bridal party was taken care of, and ensured the day flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. That peace of mind is exactly why, the moment I got engaged, Kim was my very first call. After my wedding, I was genuinely surprised to come across a review claiming that Kim and her team "scammed" a couple and provided poor service. That simply does not reflect what I have personally witnessed, now on two separate occasions. Looking through the many other reviews from happy couples, it's clear that my experience is consistent with the overwhelming majority. It's sad to see a single review that is so completely opposite of what so many others, including myself, have experienced. While every wedding has its own unique challenges, I have personally seen Kim remain calm, professional, patient, and willing to help even when faced with difficult circumstances. In my opinion, she consistently goes above and beyond to create an experience that is unforgettable not only for the couple, but for every guest attending. My experiences with her have been consistently positive, and I truly believe her long history of happy couples speaks for itself. I sincerely hope that anyone who had a different experience is able to find peace. Kim, I truly cannot thank you and your team enough. The services were so terrible that in the end, I felt scammed out of a lot of money. Even though we did hire day-of event planning, she was unresponsive throughout our entire planning process which was my first red flag. Even when we scheduled meetings she would never send a meeting link unless I asked. We were promised periodic meetings and they were not scheduled proactively by her. At one point I followed up asking about our Day 85 call and she never responded to me. In the end, a week before the wedding I had to schedule my own call with the vendors and add her, hoping she would join. Even on calls that I scheduled, I had to remind her when/where to join. Responses were delayed by weeks, if she even bothered to answer my emails, and constantly asked questions for things that we already covered. Then during the event itself, our venue staff complained about how they have never seen such poor service at any of their previous events. Kim forgot my bouquet at the time of the ceremony. We had to wait for her to go get it before walking down the aisle. They were unable to answer questions for the venue staff and made little effort to help them out, to the point they had to wake them up at 8:30PM to get their help transferring alcohol. They did not help pack up or take down decorations, assist guests, or check rooms for lost property. I did not even see or hear from them myself on the Sunday morning of my departure. There are many more examples that I personally have but I will avoid listing them all here. I hope that by writing this review I have helped someone else avoid hiring her as a wedding planner and feeling scammed as I did.

I am writing this review as an experienced traveler. I have lived in 7 different countries,…read moretraveled to over 30 and am on my fifth passport. I begin with this because in all my traveling I have never used a travel agent or saw the benefit. I met Michele a few years ago and instantly liked her. She is one of those people with amazing energy. So when it was time to book my honeymoon, even though I knew where I wanted to go and stay, I decided to ask Michele to handle the booking and all the details for me. This was at least one thing I didn't have to think or worry about. As it turned out, it was the best decision that I have made in a very long time. The month before the wedding was my busiest of my working career. Added to that, the last minute details of the wedding and the wedding itself. My life was crazy insane but I knew that I would be able to relax on my honeymoon which was scheduled 2 days after my wedding. Here's where it gets good... The day after the wedding it was time to check in to our flights. I got my passport out to put in the details and the expiration date. I kept looking at it and it wasn't making sense to me...then reality hit.. My passport had expired the day before. I couldn't believe it.. How did this happen to me? I know better.. I'm experienced.. I always check, double check and triple check.. But this time, I hadn't because I was more concerned with getting my finance his first passport. I never thought to look at mine. My dream honeymoon was lost... along with all the money I spent to book it. After my screaming, crying and subsequent panic attack.. I started to think. I thought.. ok.. I have a travel agent.. I have heard Michele tell stories about people who this has happened to... So I texted her and said, "Hi Michele... It's amateur hour at my house at the moment... you will never believe this, but my passport has expired and I am melting down"... She instantly texted me back and told me to calm down and that she was on it. About an hour later, she got back to me and said this is the plan... "I have contacted the hotels and the transfer companies. We are all set. They have agreed to push your check in date back a day and we will be able to change the flights. Tomorrow, get up at the crack of dawn and go to the emergency passport office and get a new passport. Long story short.. I did this, got my passport and left the next day. Through this whole sage, Michele was kind and patient and constantly reassured me that everything would be fine even though I thought all was lost. If it wasn't for her, her experience and guidance, I do believe all would have been lost. It was so incredible to know that I had someone to turn to. I also truly believe that the hotels would not have been so agreeable with me directly. But because she is an agent, they want to make sure that they are helpful when they can be. This whole experience has shown me the "TRUE VALUE" of a travel agent. I was able to go on my dream honeymoon that didn't disappoint. Unbeknownst to me, Michele, had one more surprise. When we checked into our room at JADE MOUNTAIN, ST. LUCIA~ which I had been waiting to see for 10 years, we were given an upgrade.. but not any upgrade...They gave us the best room in the entire hotel..(ps.. I have never been giving an upgrade) ....and Never did I think in a million years, I ever would be staying in this room.. I laughed and cried, at the same time. My dream literally came true. It wasn't until I got back and found out that Michele on one of her many travels, had met the owner of this hotel, spoke to her about us and asked her in her sweet Michele way, if there was anything they could do for us, it would be greatly appreciated. Well.. they came through and in the most amazing way. I want to thank Michele for making this all possible. I get emotional thinking about it. She gave me the experience of a lifetime and gave me my dream honeymoon. If it wasn't for her, I don't think my honeymoon even would have happened. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. TLDR: Hire them!!! Best decision we ever made!…read more     My husband and I hired Sandra and Michelle (and their amazing team) as our day of coordinators. And let me tell you, they bring their A game!     A little back story.... we did it all in 6 months. Our venue was beautiful but... they provide NOTHINGGGG and you can only get in to start setting up 2 hours before your time slot. We were a little over confident in our ability to make this work.  2 months before the date we were in full fledged panic mode realizing we couldn't do it on our own. We had talked with 2 other companies, prior to our scheduled meeting with Sandra and Michelle, that we both felt we really liked.... until we had our meeting with Sandra and Michelle. Our consultation with them lasted 1.5 hours! They were beyond thorough in asking questions so that they fully understood everything that was going on and so they knew exactly what we wanted. They also offered quite a few suggestions for things we never even thought of. We ended the meeting and both said, "and we thought we liked the other 2???" No comparison. We felt such relief after talking with them. I can't  even explain the weight they lifted off of our shoulders.  We hired them immediately!  Our next 2 meetings were equally as productive and made us feel so much more at ease with the situation.  We ended up hiring waitstaff thru them as well and they were phenomenal.   The day of came ( Sept 23rd, the day tropical cyclone 16 was headed into town ) We had to rearrange our entire set-up due to the rain. But we both felt no anxiety the entire day, and that was because we had full trust in Sandra and Michelle. We let them do their thing, knowing it would look amazing.  (We actually had no idea what the place even looked like before we walked in) They were there way before they had to be, they rearranged everything to be inside because of the rain, (like, a whole new floor plan on the spot) got everything set up and looking gorgeous. All in a tropical storm. Throughout the nite they constantly checked in with us, and our guests, asking if we needed anything. They went above and beyond every second of the night.  Perfect example... When i changed into my sneakers Sandra saw me, stopped what she was doing, picked up my foot and tied my shoes for me!! I seriously don't have the words to tell you how great they are.      They made our wedding absolutely incredible and 100% stress free. Doing that for any wedding is no easy feat, but ours had more than a few curve balls thrown in there. We can't thank them enough for what they did for us.  If you made it to the end of this very long reveiw,  don't even stop and question, HIRE THEM!!!
