Discovered recently that they used "inside wood" not outside wood for railings on porch. They just used 4x2 and did even try to replicate the original railing. They also did the job during a serious heat wave. They started working at 6 AM and left for the day at 11 AM. I was not concerned. It did take 4 days to complete, but with the heat (high 90's) all week, I was happy the job got done in a timely manner. With no mess left behind.
