No urgency, no compassion, no friendliness. No offer to reduce rent as we spent multiple nights in a hotel because our elderly dog was dying in the heat. No offer to rent portable AC unit... Nothing Now June 3rd... AC once again not working! While the situation has been stressful, I can understand that sometimes repairs my not be made as quickly as one might hope but what is unacceptable is the treatment we have received by April Strickland and her staff. We have been asking for over 3 weeks simply to just have a meeting, a face-to-face meeting with the owner of the company. With either her or her staff asking why we want to have the meeting. We said that would be addressed at the meeting. I don't believe that that's too much to ask. We have been told that we will not be given a meeting. I have screenshot after screenshot of receipts of this treatment by the staff.
