Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.

I had a 3 pm appt and at 2:59 I received a call that he was waiting on some loam so could he move it to 5:30-6:30...I said sure no problem. When he arrived what I met was the most rude rep. I couldn't believe how abrasive he was from the get-go.... He starts off by insulting things around my yard saying "whoever did it did it wrong' and you need to get this replaced (fairly new walkway)... Which would not have ruffled my feathers...I like direct feedback. He said do you want this done and I said can you tell me what the cost would be and I can tell you, but let's look at everything and we can come up with a plan once I know how this works... I guess he didn't like that and said well I'm not going to WASTE MY TIME and go through everything if you aren't going to do the services....Whoa buddy...SMH I was stunned and said "are you sure you want to say that to me?" I couldn't believe it... First of all, I never said that I wasn't getting service done and it was literally only a few minutes after his arrival. Are we supposed to start signing every dotted line right when you walk up. Like what??? What I can say is I not only was willing to pay thousands for this work, but I specialize in the home industry and have clients every day that need these services. I really admired the work I saw around town from this company, but I will never ever use or recommend this company due to the experience I just had. If I recommended them and he talked to my client like that I would be horrified.... You don't talk to people like that. I don't know if you think we the customers are beneath you, but you should have the decency to at least take 5 minutes to go over the process. Needless to say, I said "You know what I wont waste your time. This conversation is over." and he said Are you serious? lol YES, I am very serious. I don't need to be spoken to like that and there are thousands of other companies I will be happy to give my business and my clients' business to who will speak to me with respect. I was patient and professional and I am so very disappointed in my experience. That was completely unnecessary. Business is business but it starts with building rapport and for that you get an F! This service person was not anyone in your website in leadership so perhaps he isn't a fit because from what I know you guys have a great reputation.

After meeting him in person you'll realize within a few seconds that he lives for this and he pours his heart into everything he does. I seriously don't think I've ever met anyone more passionate about their work. The Done Right crew are amazing to work with and they literally treated us like family. They worked tirelessly for countless hours on several projects we had them do all around our home and throughout the whole project they never stopped smiling. :) Bruce cares about his customers and goes over and beyond to make sure everything Right. He spent so much time with us listening to our thoughts and concerns and then he turned them into a reality. I can assure you that, you won't find a better landscape designer out there. Some people are just born to do something and I'm happy that Bruce is using his gift to the fullest and sharing it with the world!

I had PR Fence install about 300' of vinyl fence for me last July (2022) after talking with an…read moreun-Reliable Fence company (if you know who I'm talking about) that sent me in circles with incorrect info for 2 months. When I reached out to PR fence, Paulo got back to me right away and had David get me an estimate within a week. The pricing was competitive with other companies and they had the best availability and did the job within 3 weeks. The vinyl material is high quality from Illusion fence. The install itself took about 3 days and the crew was meticulously clean in my yard. They even put all the dirt from the post holes on plastic to reduce lawn damage. There were only a couple minor issues which were understandable considering the size of the job. There was a bent bottom rail on one fence panel and extra dirt was piled up against my shed but both of these items were quickly resolved when I brought them to Paulo's attention. Everything was great after those two items were fixed and the fence looks amazing. It adds a ton of privacy to my yard which is on a hill and keeps my toddler safe. This week (March 2023), after the winter, I noticed that a couple of the posts were loose. I emailed Paulo to ask if they could reinforce the posts under the 2 year warranty. I wasn't sure if I'd get a reply and if I did I wasn't expecting anyone to come soon but Paulo replied right away and the posts were fixed in less than 24 hours which was amazing. Paulo is a great dude and truly cares about his customers and making sure they are satisfied. He is super responsive to calls and emails. He will make sure that every detail is taken care of and his dedication to customers is truly rare in this day and age in any industry. Highly recommend PR Fence without hesitation.

He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. I highly recommend Kirt and GN Fencing!
