Within the 1st day on the market, we had 5 buyers come to see the house and got 3 offers at the end of the very same day - all above the asking price! The 2nd day on the market, we had 5 more buyers to come, and got a few new offers; and 2 return buyers from the 1st day of showings came and presented all new offers.
