When I asked her, she said it would hurt..... I get it done all the time. My feet were incredibly dry and I had to buy a roller to remove my dead skin. On top of that, I had to REFILE my nails because they were not even. It sucks because she was very pleasant but did a terrible job. In addition, we went during the morning where they offered 15% off and they charged my full price. Would be nice to get at least half my money back. Very disappointing.

Greeted upon entry and appointment confirmed. Picked the color for a pedicure and they had the chair prepared by the time I was done. Water temp was perfect and got a Vietnamese coffee. The pedi did start after the appointment time by ten minutes or so. Overall the pedicure was pretty standard. Nothing to highlight. Later that evening I noticed a small cut on one toe when moving my feet. So, not sure if I'd be back as that def can lead to more issues. Thankfully everything is ok.

I was sitting on a chair while for 30 minutes after the technician prep my nails- I would've left but my nails were already ruined by the drill and the tips were on. It took over 2 hours because the technician/ hostess kept leaving and coming back every 5 minutes. Rather than resolving the situation or offering a satisfactory refund, the interaction escalated, and law enforcement was contacted even though I was only requesting that the services I paid for be completed correctly or refunded. I documented the condition of my nails and toes immediately after leaving the salon, including evidence of the incomplete work and injury. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the business and requested supporting footage they claimed existed, but I did not receive the information I requested. As a paying customer, I expected professional service, quality workmanship, and respectful treatment. Instead, I left with incomplete services, an injury, and a significant financial loss. I am seeking accountability and a full refund for services that were not properly provided.
