The initial appointment went smoothly, but the experience declined significantly from there. Beginning in March, installation was repeatedly delayed with a wide range of reasons provided, including transportation issues and lack of help for installation. Communication was consistently poor -- we had to initiate nearly every follow-up, and scheduled appointments were canceled at the last minute multiple times. RJ did offer a refund in late March, though at that time we still preferred to move forward with installation. When it became clear the project would not be completed, we requested the refund. That process also required repeated follow-up and was not handled as originally promised. We did ultimately receive a full refund, but only after considerable time, effort, and frustration. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company due to lack of reliability, communication, and follow-through.

We had 22 insulated double pane window glass seals fail and they had become too foggy to see…read morethrough. We also needed a large skylight glass replaced as it had cracked and was failing. RJ (the owner) gave us the lowest bid, and stuck to that price despite rising costs and manufacturing delays. Special attention was required in replacing the skylight glass, 5 hours of installation for 2 guys as flashing was needed and had to be custom manufactured in order to prevent any water leakage. This was completed without complaint or a price increase. We live at an elevation of 9,054 feet above sea level near multiple ski areas and temperature fluctuations along with snow accumulation necessitated that special attention and consideration be given to our installation, i.e. sealant/caulking, etc. Well Done! I do live within a few miles of their shop, but they have always come out the next day to review the project, and I have received a written estimate by the end of the day. Their employees are very experienced in glass installation. I particularly like their ability to come up with innovative installation solutions where others couldn't. The first was replacing several panes in our 1925 bungalow's wooden framed windows. It's hard to find many glazers that do this kind of work, and they did it well. The second project was to build 2 custom double pane windows on either side of our fireplace. They had some choices of custom glass, but we wanted to have something very unique. After a several weeks we found some amazing glass at D&L Art Glass supply. Mile High picked it up from them. I feared the up-charge for this specialty glass, but without me saying anything Garrett,. the owner, said he'd keep the price the same. Quinten oversaw the crew as they worked skillfully and efficiently. The windows by the fireplace came out perfect with one exception. The wood trim extended 1/8th inch into the pane area. Quentin came quickly to check it out, agreed it would be better cut thto e trim back, and within a very short time, took care of the trimming himself and the windows are beautiful!
