I ordered a replacement 5' x 6' window for my house and it came on time and a perfect match to my other low-e windows.

I have purchased shower glass for one new bathroom and replaced old glass in two windows with Low E-366 glass. Both projects were perfect. And we are in the middle of two other shower glass installations. I do live within a few miles of their shop, but they have always come out the next day to review the project, and I have received a written estimate by the end of the day. Their employees are very experienced in glass installation. I particularly like their ability to come up with innovative installation solutions where others couldn't. Im in the middle of a whole remodel for a 1967 mountain home, and I'm sure we will use Evergreen glass again. Super nice group of people at Evergreen Glass. I need to tell everyone I know about the excellent work Evergreen Glass did installing our beautiful shower glass and door in Nov 2023. We always want to support local merchants, but questionable quality and lack of customer care drive us elsewhere. This has been going on with my wife and I for decades in the foothils. Not so with Lela, Cordan, and Forest at Evergreen Glass. They knew our frustration over how long it took the bathroom to be completed, and they promised to come out in a week. We said great just get here when you can. The next day I got a call about a cancelation and would we like them to come out and complete the shower door installation that day. Would we! Oh, heck, yeah! And, true to their word they came out and completed the work that day. Next year, when we've gotten past construction fatigue, we may do the third and final, the master bath. And there's only one company we'll call. Affordability, flexibility, master level installation, quality of product, and standing by their work are some of the reasons we'll continue to hire Evergreen Glass. We have had Evergreen Glass install 8 windows and a custom shower door in the past . All of these installs and quotes went well ! Called them recently for a quote on my garage window replacement , this is how it went . Talked with Forest about a security glass upgrade for my garage because of recent crime and Cartel activity in our mountain community . He spoke to me like i was a child in a demeaning and condescending tone . He asked if im trying to keep the army out and said glass with security mesh is a thing of the past . He Also said they do glass install only and i would have to do the encasement . This left me confused as i have had them install /replace other glass on my house with none of those requirements . He then told me that he had 2 calls on hold and sounded frustrated even talking to me . Forest was Rude , Condescending and arrogant I will be taking my business elsewhere And will not recommend this company sadly I only wanted a quote for security glass read more

I had 5 quotes done for our new master bathroom. It was frustrating because 4 of the businesses first question was, "Where is the residence located?" Here comes the "Evergreen 25%" tack on fee. I looked up Evergreen Glass and they were also recommended by a competitor down in town. Go figure, no "Evergreen 25%" fee. An on-site measurement was done, suggestions were made, manufacturing was completed and it was installed with no hassle. Precision fit and it looks awesome. She said that she would send me the updated estimate, she never did then copped an attitude when I asked what happened to it two weeks later. I finally gave up on this place. If it's going to be this hard to get information from them to determine what my down payment will be I imagine that after they have my money they'll ghost me. For a kitchen remodel, I wanted to get a back-painted, custom-glass backsplash in a style similar to one that I had seen on an Australian website. The problem is that the technique used in the picture I saw is from Australia and only a few places in the United States are licensed to do it. After talking to some people in Los Angeles (where I live) and getting a bid from Evergreen, I decided to get a sample from a Los Angeles glass designer, who insisted he could do what I wanted. That was a huge waste of $300. It was a disaster. My designer and I called Evergreen on a Friday afternoon and, almost as soon as I spoke with Forrest, I knew we had the right place. Forrest understood that what they were creating was an art piece. Evergreen worked extensively with me to get the right style design, a process that involved multiple samples, exchange of photos, and plenty of telephone calls. When we had a sample that worked, an Evergreen employee flew out to Los Angeles to measure the kitchen so the glass would fit perfectly and all of the outlet and switch cut-outs would be exact. When the backsplash was done, they referred me to a local transport company that delivered the glass intact and the employee flew out again to install the glass. The final product is amazing. I won't lie and say that I would have liked to spend less, but Evergreen was up-front about the costs and what they produced is one-of-a-kind. read more

Now all looks great for far less than the window replacement costs. My only regret is that I did not have more cash on hand to provide a more worthy tip for the installation team. read more

So sorry to give only a 3 star rating as I had used this company once before and was very happy but not so second time around. Installation of a shower door ended in a cracked tile which was explained to me that it was no fault of the installer but that the wall behind the tile was not flat. I was told that the door could be removed so I could have the tile replaced but that the crack was only aesthetic and it would not have an affect on the shower door. Aesthetics is why I paid $1000 for a glass shower door and not $20 for a shower curtain! My overall experience was not satisfactory. read more

Horrible customer service. I called for a bid to do custom glass and window replacement. The man I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending. He told me I would have to wait for them to come out and do a bid until they had more business in my area (Bailey) and if I wanted a bid sooner I would have to pay for them to make a trip out. He kept asking me if what he said made sense, which I found to be insulting and condescending. We had received a bid from Chris's Glass which is also in Evergreen and wanted a second bid to compare it to. Chris's Glass has done work for us before and never once told us we would have to wait for them to have more business requests in our area or charged us to come out. It's obvious why Evergreen Glass doesn't have any business requests in Bailey, poor customer service. Our business will stay with Chris's Glass from here on out. Too bad for Evergreen Glass, because they just lost out on around $8k AND future business. read more
