With the previous management, customers were acknowledged when they walked in. Not sure what has happened to customer service, however, a word to the wise: If you'd like to not lose sales and increase business, offer great customer service. It makes people want to give you their money when they need items.

Then I got my Doodle. My doodle was a puppy mill rescue momma and was not used to spaw days. She rolled like a gator while getting a bath. But then she got a bit better. While I've been away taking care of my mom, she got very matted. She fit my dog into her busy schedule, shaved her, trimmed her ears pretty and her tail too. But most importantly, alerted me to the fact she had an ear infection. My boyfriend took her to Pet Guards and they gave him meds that he can't administer on his own. So she offered to help give her meds while I'm away. I cannot tell you how kind and gracious a person Leslie is. And super talented. She's like the dog and cat whisperer!! Take your fur baby to her. I just got a new stray cat recently, and we had to take him for all his vaccines and a check up…read more The front desk ladies were so sweet and because my cat was scared, they kept walking by and checking up on him. they also gave me a free bag of cat treats to congratulate me on getting a cat. The actual vet was also amazing. he went through everything very carefully and talked me through everything he was doing. my cat was very scared so he ended up having an accident in his carrier. which they took in the back and cleaned. he answered all questions that I asked in a way i could easily understand. I was then given flea medicine to take home at no cost at all, along with a couple squeezable treats. I was also given a folder with a ton of information about being a cat parent, including food I should be giving him and things that can possibly be toxic to them which i wouldn't know as this is my first cat. i'm definitely very happy with my experience and will continue to go here!
