We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. Even with pre-scheduled test drives, I've had to wait 45+ minutes. I've had different offices be dishonest with me about their inventory. It has been an incredibly frustrating process.
