The "sales, lol" person stated that this was an older style, etc. ODD, they're feature I their current add campaign, (should know your product and campaigns). Hands down this is my second home. They 95% of the time have my size or can ship right away. I never have to wait to be taken care of! Although, be prepared for a wait on weekends. I don't go on weekends. Associates don't treat you like commission. My stylist always calls me when they get something she thinks I might like or mails me samples of their latest products. Their selection, of course, is better than their Saks installation but I always check both stores. My only complaint is that they don't have a better way to get things repaired. read more

I feel so bad for not remembering our sales associate name, he was a tall gentleman, dressed very well his hair was combed back. He even wrote down some restaurants for us to try while here. He was very attentive to my selections and heels. He had great patience as I tried on to figure out, which heel was calling my name. The rest of the safe was kind and sat with us on our second trip the following day while we waited for shoes that had just arrived. 2 other staff members chatted with my hubby while I shopped. Both days the staff were amazing. You can tell they really enjoy their work and love these shoes. My husband has some health problems with his body (RA) and this leads to him needing shoes with a lot of comfort. We asked about a boot for him and they were honest that that boot would not be what's best for his feet with RA. We were told what might shoe's might work. I loved the honesty. I wasn't super fond of the thick heel in the Pigalle, so I spent some time deciding between the Iriza and Follies but in the end, the Follies won out. My only issue is that I actually bought both pair of shoes too big, which isn't the sales persons fault. In fact, she hinted that I may be going too big because the shoes actually do stretch. Well, she was right and now I have two pair of Louboutins I can't wear a second time. My foot slipped out of these shoes so badly, that they will just sit in my closet until I finally decide to give them away to someone. However, that's isn't the stores fault. One week ago I went to this store for the first time. I'm a blue collar worker who was just curious about these shoes. I was surprised they sold men's shoes and satchels. I asked the holiday sales person about various shoes and if he himself was wearing the shoes. He was not but he went to get the stocker, Jazz to talk to me about the shoes. Jazz is the most passionate, excited young person in terms of a product I've met in a long, long time. His knowledge of the product was educational and beyond informative. I told him that I thought rather than having him stock these shoes that the company should put him in a plane and send him to Paris so he can go to the factory and see how the shoes were made. A week later I've remained inspired by my experience with Jazz I even called his store manager, Ana and shared my experience with her. I don't know if I'll ever own a pair of LB, I can say this however if I'm ever in a position to hire Mr. Jazz I will unless LB has the good sense to promote him out of the stockroom and into a greater position.
