We made an appointment ahead of time and unfortunately arrived about 15 minutes late because of traffic, but Jordan was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even offered us cold drinks, whether you wanted tequila, bourbon, or something nonalcoholic -- such a nice touch. Jordan asked exactly what my husband was looking for, gave great recommendations, and made the entire process feel easy and seamless. The suits were stylish, high quality, and fit him almost perfectly straight off the rack, which is VERY rare for his build. The only alteration needed was shortening the pants. I was greeted with a nice warm (it was frigid outside) welcome and offered a drink. You have options for upscale whiskeys and tequilas. I chose a water. The appointment time was punctual and they began right away. The fitting room was a makeshift curtain cubicle in the back corner but it did the job with a full body-sized mirror. The lighting wasn't the most optimal to see darkly shaded pants though as it blended in with the curtains. The fabric is mainly polyester with some spandex so very stretchable and comfortable. I wasn't rushed when trying on the suit. The staff pinned up my pants and shirt and was efficient. They offered to keep the pins in and let me take the suit to my tailor of choice if I desired but decided to go with them for adjustments. Not the cheapest but reasonable prices for tailoring of a very nice and comfortable suit. Can't wait to try on the final suit and dance the night away in it!

Service is impeccable, fast, courteous, and professional in the extreme. Their understanding of tailoring, selection of fabric (with an especially wide selection of Samuelson), and knowledge of cuts is outstanding. They got recommended to me by practising attorneys in Houston who've had occasion to shop around - and Pablo's place comes No. 1 to them, and now to me. If you want to be kind to the tailors, communicate if your job is (sincerely) urgent or not; they're able to accommodate you either way while juggling competing obligations. E.g., I've had them fix suits for me (sleeves and pants taken in) on multiple occasions, and depending on need, the turn-around was as short as 2-3 days (urgent) or over a week (could easily wait). Just communicate with them, they're friendly and fully understanding of your needs. Staff are incredibly friendly and on one occasion even assisted me with the incredibly minor nuisance of fixing ripped high-end socks. They fixed them, free of charge (of course I tipped in return), and I could not even tell which of the two socks was fixed. Only reason we walked in was because the sign said it was "Veteran-Owned", and being that our daughter has served in the Air Force for the last 6 years, we just had to at least walk in and see what it was about. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile and some small conversation by a nice gentleman who actually asked if we needed something to drink since it was a bit hot outside. We weren't really shopping that day for anything in particular, but I love collecting "weird dress socks" and he had a good amount that day, so I snagged a few and bought them just out of courtesy for their service to our country. I've been back once or twice for some more socks because they usually have some unusual ones that I just cannot find anywhere else.
