This guy is full of lies, continues to jack up the price, leaves you hanging saying he will come back to fix it. When asked why he didn't fix the dents, he said "That's more money!!". I'm currently seeking legal help to get my money back including damages costing over $6k due to the fact he voided the recall on my car. Kept all the text messages from him trying to tell me I owe more, then admitting he was wrong and that he would pay me back in installments.

He was very aggressive that he was doing me a favor. Unfortunately even after he was paid, the car was not fixed. Somehow the headlight and turn indicator where he had worked now did not function. Then the liner inside the wheel was not properly secured, so my wheel was grinding when I went over bumps or turned too far left. He agreed to fix those things only to stop responding to multiple messages and phone calls.

Communication: Alan did take a while and some back and forths to get scheduled, but I'm confident that's because he must be in such high demand due to the high quality of work and his extremely reasonable prices. Texting is probably best and be patient if he doesn't get back to you right away, he always responds within a day. Scheduling: Alan was great about setting up some options for me and when an earlier time came up that worked for me, he let me know. He was running a little late the day of and sent me a heads up text, which was appreciated. Quality of work: You can tell that Alan is very experienced and dedicated to doing quality work. He spent a lot longer than I would have guessed trying to perfect things that already looked great to me. I really appreciate his level of commitment in treating each dent like it was his own car. When I pointed it out to my son he said, "you can barely tell there was a dent there" as he pointed to an area that wasn't even where the dent was. LOL. I had to point him to the area where I THINK the original dent was because I'm honestly not sure myself. Value/Price: I got an estimate from a local dent replace place (I won't name names) but their quote was over $2000 for just 3 dents on just one of my two cars. Alan took care of those 3 and did 1 on my other car for a FRACTION of what the other shop estimated and did it in my driveway in a few hours vs having to drive and leave it at a shop for at least a day (that's what they quoted me for the one car with 3 dents). I'm sure the other place has reasons for why they charge so much with overhead and staff, but for door dings like this, I can't see the justification for that kind of pricing. Alan's prices were a deal not even considering the comparison with the other shop. Personality: As others have said, Alan is also just a really nice person. We chatted about all sorts of things from cars to other hobbies during breaks where I tried to offer him something to drink or snack on (he worked through lunch without stopping other than to eat a protein bar I gave him). He was more friendly than professional, which is what I prefer. At the end of the experience, I felt so positive, which is not something I typically say about any kind of car repair/service. I'll be honest, I go into full panic mode whenever I have damage to the body of my car. Google led me to Bob when I misjudged an angle and ended up with a bumper boo boo and I don't think I'll ever go into panic mode again. My biggest worry was that the fact that my bumper was hanging on for it's life on one side would affect the actual safety of my car. I have three huge road trips coming up and needed to get things done quickly. I sent pictures of the damage and within minutes had an estimate for a full fix, including getting rid of any scratches and dents and making my car look good as new. The estimate was more than reasonable, but unfortunately a little too much for my budget this month. Bob understood, and when I asked for a second estimate without the superficial fixes and new paint, the number he gave me was more than acceptable. My biggest worry was not being able to get the job done in time for my first trip, but we were able to arrange an appointment within days. Bob and his colleague came to my place of business and fixed my bumper in such a short amount of time that my boss didn't even realize I'd left the office for lunch. I have to add that in what was probably one of the most embarrassing and anxiety inducing moments of my life when I realized I didn't have the credit card I intended to pay with on hand, Bob was a complete professional and was ridiculously patient with me while I tried to figure out how I was going to make the payment. Very long story short, amazing company, amazing work, and amazing experience. The before and after pictures speak for themselves, and I will definitely be calling next time I need body work done! They came to the house and asked to take the car to their shop because the repairs were a bit more complicated than what can be done in the driveway in 15 degree weather. Work was amazing, good price and they dropped my car back in my driveway that night. They worked LATE on it too - I really needed it back that night for the next morning and they took care of me. Definitely recommend 100%.
