The NP spent the entire visit talking about her recent liposuction and tummy tuck. We didn't get any answers and it was an hour long visit about her. Then they billed us $150 for a no show visit and also billed us for the visit. I emailed the office manager about the confusion but was told they had a no-show policy? but we didn't no-show?? Then I emailed and Ogden clinic director explaining the situation and telling them I would not pay the bill. They would not remove the bill, since I didn't pay they sent me to collections, I wrote emails and letters and tried to resolve the issue but then I was SERVED a court notice I was being sued by Ogden clinic for $150! the claim was that I received care that I didn't pay for?? I didn't receive any care for the $150 fee and it was an error on the part of Ogden clinic that I was charged for a visit and a no-show on the same date. I have had similar issues with Ogden clinic in the past. I would recommend avoiding them if you want to have fair service and actual care. I don't want anyone to be charged for care not received and then sued for not paying an erroneous bill. There is such better care without billing errors at other healthcare systems everywhere else.

We reached out and set up appointments to be seen here at their Ogden location and I received a message later to call regarding some questions they had and it turns out they don't prescribe Subutex. Suboxone contains an ingredient that is very irritant to the stomach and esophagus. My father passed away from esophageal cancer, and I also suffered from GERD and Crohn's. Taking regular Suboxone every day gave me nausea and it made me very ill. I was switched to subutex where I began to thrive in recovery. These people do not prescribe that medication and it's very discriminatory. My husband also has a very sensitive stomach, probably from the years of drug addiction and drug usage. It makes total sense to put a patient on the medication. They feel most comfortable these doctors want to dictate my recovery by not giving me the medication that makes me the most comfortable. if I were to go back on Suboxone, I would have to go up on a higher dosage and then I would also be miserable from nausea every single day. That's not the kind of place. I want to go for treatment. I want people involved in my treatment program that care about my every day quality of life.

This urgent care is an absolute joke. I called the number listed on the website and they told me to…read moreregister online. The wait time was 2 and a half hours. The lady on the phone told me just to wait at home and go 15-20 minutes before the end of my wait time. The website updated properly and even sent me a text saying that I was next in line. I arrived 2 hours later within the 20 minute window. When I got there they told me it would be another 2 hour wait and that I should have just come in and got in line. That is not ok. I would have gone to the office two hours earlier and waited there instead of at home. My schedule did not allow me another 2 hours of waiting. So I was forced to go home and self medicate with expired antibiotics. This is why antibiotic resistance is so high! People have no choice!! Ogden clinic is trash. Don't go there!
