Within the last few months, I feel like I've seen a different side of her and her office. And it's not positive. I'm a self-pay patient and have been since the beginning of my time with Doctor Olafson. I've stated it in every visit I've had with her. Recently, she keeps telling me that my prescription isn't "covered" and neglected to do her research when ordering blood tests, making sure I could afford them. Although I made a following appointment with her last year for this current year, her office asked me whether or not I had made an annual appointment for a follow up and I had to tell them, that yes, I did. So, somewhere, someone isn't doing their job and I am falling through the cracks. I no longer feel heard or that I matter to Doctor Olafson and her staff. I will be looking elsewhere for care.

Dr. Olafson has a passion for healing and looks at the whole person to come up with the best strategy for improving health and managing disease. She uses a wonderful approach of combining subscription medicines with natural substances to achieve powerful results. If you feel like your current physician is not getting you to your maximum health, you would be well served to make an appointment.

Everyone took the time to answer my questions, and I never felt rushed during my visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's clear that the team truly cares about their patients and works hard to provide excellent care. I highly recommend TrueCare to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality healthcare.

I would caution against seeing the PA, Sarah Landis. Not only is she incredibly rude and…read moreunprofessional, but she is also condescending, argumentative and unkind. Instead of leading with compassion, Sarah became angry when I asked questions to better understand her decision making. This may come from her lack of experience and young age, causing her to feel insecure. However, those facts do not excuse her disgusting behavior. I have never experience this from a HCP before, ever! Patients always have a right to question their healthcare provider and to be part of the decision making process without fear of retribution. To make matters worse, I overheard Sarah speaking horribly about me to another staff member when she thought I'd left. Without a doubt, Sarah Landis is THE absolute worst example of an arrogant, mean-spirited provider. Run, don't walk!

Dr. Kakimoto is thorough, always takes her time to explain things and patiently answers any questions I have. I never felt rushed, quite the opposite. It is indeed challenging to schedule an appointment within a reasonably short amount of time with any of the MDs, I attribute that to the general shortage in MDs and nothing specific to Dr. Kakimoto. She was always there for me when I specifically asked to be seen by her for more critical (in my opinion) issues. Thank you Dr. Kakimoto!!!

Really? What doctor tells this to a patient? Blood work ordered but no focus on my leg pain. No X-ray or MRI offered. She said if I still felt sick to go to ER? Second time meeting with her. She was once again dismissive, somewhat rude, showing no empathy or compassion. I felt like I was taking up her time in her busy day. She never was able to help me (with pain in left leg, hip area). She took all I said personally and defensive. Aren't doctors supposed to be trained or educated to deal with patients under pain? Again, No regard to pain I was having. No X-ray or MRI was offered. I had to ask for a physical therapy referral via online. I felt like I was diagnosing myself. She told me she didn't need new patients if I left and that she was one of the partners. Wow. Doctors need CARE model training or a refresher course if they want to keep their patients. She had the worst medical professional manners. Her words were just plain mean. No attempt on her part to create a relationship with a new patient. Very disappointing.
