They have been selling trees here in this corner for over 25 years! Most years I have bought my tree here. They have always been fresh and kept until New Year!! Spoke to a couple of people there and they were very knowledgeable and were able to describe the difference between each tree... Fraser Fir, Douglas fir, Blue Spruce and which would be best for me. They receive shipments daily. Spoke to a young gentleman, Paul, who was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He walked around with me, opened several trees and helped me choose my perfect tree. Upon arriving, there is another prominent sign which lists their items sold and separately priced and displayed. I asked for a Christmas tree base. He told me they weren't sold separately. NEITHER online NOT on site is there ANY display notifying customers that you can't buy anything here if you don't buy a Christmas tree. And when I brought that to his attention, he rudely said while gesturing with his hands outwards, "Well, I'm telling you now." I def didn't come here to get anything sold to me by Mr. Scrooge. So Bah Humbug, sir! Learn customer service and decency towards customers.

I would like to know why your scale in the produce section shows the tomato weighed a little less than 1 pound, but at the cash register, the scale says they were 1.37 pounds. That's just a rip off -highway robbery. My case # 01860984. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford the price of groceries as it is. I do not need Aldi robbing me too. I just received an email back telling me they can't do anything about overcharge. This is not about overcharge. It is about improper weighing of your scales - this is totally unethical. This store is large and bright and well stocked. It was renovated last year, like many of the Aldi's around the area. They have worked hard at improving the produce section. Many of the items are organic and the prices are extremely competitive. Finding quality meat is easy too. They were one of the first no-frills grocery stores. And they have done an admirable job of keeping that ethos. Very much like their sister store, Trader Joes (owned by the brother), Aldi will not have every single item on their shelves. And things do come and go. Especially seasonal items. So, if you like something... stock up. It might be back next year. It may never return. If I am out doing grocery shopping I will make Aldi's the first stop. This location has a large parking lot. So, it's usually painless to find a spot. If you find what you're looking for chances are the price will be the best around. Get your staples up, and then head to another chain to round out the other bits you need. Aldi deserves a visit.

A cashier--whose name was not visible on her name tag--was shouting at me from her register while I was at the self-checkout because one of my items wouldn't scan. She spoke to me very rudely and even said that if I didn't know how to use the self-checkout, I shouldn't be using it. Everyone around was surprised by her attitude, which I found extremely unpleasant. I felt very upset and mistreated.
