We carefully watered and cared for the tree that was placed in the coolest part of our Miami Shores home. It started shedding almost immediately. It was brown and bare by 12/7 and trashed. We attempted to call the owner. He didn't answer. We sent pictures along and he did not stand by his product. I can't stress enough do not buy a tree from these people, wait a few days there are several reputable places in the area that may not be the first to market but will not overcharge you for a diseased tree.

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.

As I was looking at trees literally holding my 3-month-old newborn in my arms -- the staff on duty lit up cigarettes and started smoking RIGHT next to us. I politely stepped back and the worker blew smoke into the air like it was nothing, still standing less than an arm's length away. No apology. No awareness. No common sense. It was like customer safety let alone INFANT safety didn't matter at all. Between the smell of smoke, the complete lack of professionalism, and the attitude from the staff, I was disgusted.
