During the facial she left for a long period of time without saying anything and there was no hand or feet massage. Came out to pay from my phone the owner is rude! She constantly click on my phone n claimed that she clicked it once. No I saw she clicked it a few times and my phone said she already clicked with the date n time. When I first went to her, the girl who did…read moremy hair prior to her gave me a perm. put me under a dryer for 45 mins, and virtually ruined my hair!!! I looked like Orphan Annie. My hair was like straw. Kelly cut, straightened and conditioned it, it was so soft when I left and I have been going back ever since. My hair is long, soft and Kelly is a pleasure to visit with when I am there, not only is she my hairdresser, she is someone that I call my friend. :)
