The noise of the tools was driving me crazy and they gave me noise canceling headphones. If you don't want to use theirs, they don't mind if you bring your own. Each room also has a monitor in it and they'll play you whatever show you want. I've only had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment once. There is rarely more than one person waiting at a time. They have TWO waiting areas! I've only had a billing once when they were switching platforms. My insurance didn't transfer over. But it was an easy fix and the staff were super helpful. You check out a totally private desk so the world doesn't hear all your business. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.
