First, I was charged $250 for an item that I now see consistently available @ around $150, but I…read moreguess that's my own fault. Buyer/seller beware for behind the pretty smiles are sharks:) However, the item that was sold was broken (a pocket watch that would not set and after one day of carrying around the plastic face just fell off). I sent a video showing that the watch would not set but was then soundly ignored. I think I was ignored as I paid cash so they realized I had no true recourse. Overall, pleasant people but a terrible experience as a buyer. Do your homework and never pay cash. Customer beware

We were so impressed by their intelligence and integrity and we retained them within 10 minutes. The sale - We accumulated 25 years of valuable furniture and belongings. Amazingly, John and Angela handled everything the weekend of our estate sale. They helped us dispose of every item we wanted to sell. They buffered us from every problem. Their staff watched our belongings and protected our house. We didn't worry for a minute despite hundreds of people entering our home. Whatever didn't sell (very little) was taken on consignment by John and Angela. Selling everything you own through a third party is a leap of faith. There was never a moment of doubt with Angela and John. Use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a regular customer and not once has the proprietor recognized me, said hello, or even helped with my selection, or sale. Fast forward to yesterday, my two girlfriends and I are in shopping, trying to cheer up one of us who recently had breast cancer surgery. One of us spent over $200, in front of the owner, and gave the bag to the other and said, "Happy Cancer." In reciprocation, friend with cancer bought two mugs that said, "Kindness." Again, gave them out, in front of owner, and thanked us. We left, and right outside the shop, while looking for car keys, one of us dropped mug and it broke. Owner refused to give a new mug. One of us went in and asked again, and owner said no. Bad business, right? Another goes in, and owner relented, with tears in her eyes, saying she can't absorb the lost. What about the loss of 3 customers? Owner then hands cash and I said, "Maybe this kindness will come back to you. Thank you." And she said, "I have long ago given up on that happening." I got home, and realized the mugs were $36 and she only gave back $28. Something is very off here. Never again.
