I called for a quote and spoke with Cathy, who was very friendly and engaged. Out of all the insurance agents I spoke with, Cathy asked the most relevant questions and seemed to truly care to try and get us the best rates. She also genuinely seemed happy for our new first home. Cathy got back to me with quotes within a few hours. They were great quotes. Ultimately it didn't work for us as we went with our father-in-law's agent, but the rates were very competitive and the experience overall was great. I can tell this is a quality firm.

The resident's insurance agency (to go unnamed) failed to go after the person who was actually at fault for the damage and decided to come after our HOA instead. Chris walked me through the entire process of responding to the attorney letting them know legally why the HOA/condo building wasn't at fault. There's NO WAY I would have known this without his expertise. He answered all of my questions and volunteered to be copied on the correspondence in case anything additional comes up. Second, he was able to walk me through a "sticky" situation a year or so before I switched to him with my then landlord. He wasn't even my insurance agent at the time, but was able to provide me with the advice necessary to come to the best possible outcome when I wasn't sure what to do. Overall, Andy is VERY responsive every time I need to get in touch with him and is always there when I need him, just like a great insurance agent should be.
