A whole 24 hours passed and no confirmation of delivery, no word from the recipient that they had received the arrangement. I called very early the next morning and spoke to a woman who said she was the store manager. She said they normally send out email confirmations upon delivery and checked my order. Sure enough, she told me my arrangement did not go out same day. Additionally, she had the wrong address listed on their end. Not sure how that happened as I checked my receipt and it had the correct address. If I hadn't called to check on the delivery, the arrangement would have ended up at the wrong address. Very unhappy with the demeanor of this woman who was very non chalant at their mistake. She asked me what could be done to make up for the oversight. I asked her what she felt would be appropriate. She said she would make sure that the delivery went out "priority" and she would add some flowers to the arrangement to make up for it. I'm in California and called at 7:30AM PT / 10:30AM Eastern. I didn't receive an email confirmation of delivery until 8PM ET that night!! So much for her promise on "priority." Additionally, the address listed on my confirmation STILL had the incorrect address. I tried calling the store as soon as I received the email to confirm where the arrangement was delivered. No answer. I left a voicemail and asked for someone to call me back. I've given them more than 24 hours to respond and still have not heard from them. I am not familiar with the area as I live on the west coast, and I relied on Yelp to find a "good" florist. I carefully read through reviews for several rated florists and decided to go with Bloom Fresh Flowers. What a let down when there were other highly rated options to choose from. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer care and service here.

Now I see that this business is temporarily closed and will reopen in August. This sounds like a "fly by night" business. So my assumption is that they don't care about their business or customers. If you want flower arrangements for your special occasion to look like the attached photos after three days, by all means, order from these people.

Our family has been frequenting Christopher's family florist on a weekly basis since it opened here 25 years ago. Their flowers are always fresh and wonderfully beautiful. Their arrangements typically stay healthy and vibrant for a week or two after delivery. Maria, the shop's owner, is the finest flower arranger I've ever encountered. Whatever the occasion, her arrangements are absolutely stunning. Christopher's staff is cordial, competent, and helpful. They graciously do everything they can to ensure a satisfied customer. The hallmark of any good business is good customer service. Christopher's provides just such outstanding service. They are a friendly, able, and customer-centered group of folks. Frank readily returned phone calls, answered questions and made adjustments to our order as needed. Everything was delivered to the church and set up in time, no fuss, not problems. Oh my gosh, this florist is outstanding. I called crying because the flowers I had ordered a week ago from 1-800 flowers were not delivered. Do not ever use them. Anyway, I called Christopher's and they are delivering an arrangement right this minute. They were so nice and went above and beyond for me. I cannot say enough about their kindness to me. We used Christopher's Flowers for our wedding and could not have been more pleased! Maria and Frank were wonderful to work with! Maria listened to us and crafted a vision that was spot-on! Frank was lovely to work with, responded to emails and phone calls right away and readily made adjustments to our order as needed. The only reason it wasn't one star was because the flowers were delivered on time. I ordered the Dance With Me Premium bouquet via the website with at least a dozen red roses. What I got was a standard size bouquet with only 2 pink roses. Luckily my wife loved them anyway, otherwise I would have requested a refund. I won't order from here again though. Side note, kept getting voicemail when I called. Finally get someone, ask them a question, then he says to hold and puts me to voicemail. Overall unhappy experience. read more

Jen, one of the best trainers at OneLife Fitness in Old Town, where she served as a personal trainer and taught classes in high intensity interval training, was relocating following her husband's change of station. There would be a farewell gathering to wish Jen and her family well. I couldn't attend the gathering but wanted to express thanks on behalf of the class I'd been attending over the past three years. So, I bought a bottle of wine and one of those gift bags suited for the occasion. I took the bag and the bottle to Flowers with Love and asked the florist for an arrangement that would fit within the bag. I regret not remembering the florist's name, but I was very much impressed by her creativity and artistry. We talked about the gift, and I explained what I thought might work. The supplier, Teleflora, doesn't even have an order from me or know my name. I'm no part of their politics, and now I'm out $75 and a flower arrangement I needed delivered by the day after tomorrow. Worse still, the guy at Devers treated me like all this was somehow my fault. Edited: Added a star after talking with them for a third (or was it a fourth) time. Ed has agreed to deliver the original arrangement as ordered and honor the price on the website. We'll wait and see how well my gift looks when it arrives. I will say that I appreciate his efforts to make this work for all concerned, but the whole transaction has left a sour taste at this point.
