The store itself has this hometown country store feel about it, and they have all kinds of knick knacks and decorations that are beautiful and not related to flowers at all. My sister hired them to provide flowers for her wedding and the reception afterward. I used this florist for an arrangement for my wife. Rather than pick one of the standard arrangements, I went with the one where the florist decides on the arrangement within the specified dollar limit. I explained that my wife is a floral designer and the arrangement needs to be something special. The result was more than I could have imagined. My wife was very pleased with the arrangement. She inspected it for any flowers that might be dying and found none. All of the stems were in good shape, and the arrangement was properly watered. The arrangement held up for two weeks. As some of the flowers died, she would remove them and rearrange the remaining flowers in a new design. For our anniversary in August, this is the only florist I will consider. read more

My son got a date to his school dance one day before the dance. The dance was on Friday evening and I was told about it at 5:00pm the day before. I called up Christopher's Flowers after calling a flower shop inside a large grocery store and was told that they are no longer accepting orders for corsages. My husband suggested I call the "flower shop on Beulah." I called Christopher's anyway not realizing that the closing time is 5:00pm. I asked about the turnaround time to order a corsage and the lady that I spoke to told me that I can order now and pick up the order the following afternoon. She asked me several questions about the occasion and the dress color. I had no idea about the dress color that my son's date would be wearing so I told her just to make something with white flowers since they go with pretty much anything. I picked up the corsage the following afternoon and it was beautiful! Maria used roses and orchid for the corsage. I couldn't even come up with anything like that myself. She blew me away with her creativity and that she was able to accommodate my last minute order. I looked at the other corsages that she created and each one of them are just one of a kind. She said that her customers usually give her the colors that they want and she just creates them. I am very pleased with the work that she did and will use them again should I have occasions that I need flower arrangements. Beware when ordering from this florist. I had ordered flowers for a friend whose mother had died. I bought the premium arrangement. With tax, delivery and tip it came to $169. The arrangement didn't even have the flowers that were listed and didn't even look as good as the basic arrangement listed on their website. I could have gotten a better arrangement from the grocery store for a fraction of the price. The flowers also looked like they were just haphazardly put in a vase. I contacted the shop to come to a resolution. I spoke with the owner and sent a picture of the arrangement. She said that her website has a substitution clause. The flowers that were substituted were far were not even close in quality or beauty. Beware that when you order, there is a chance your recipient will not even get what you ordered. The owner also said she would be willing to refund me $35. I appreciate this offer however I still do not think $134 is an acceptable price to pay for what I got. The owner also offered to go to my friend's house, pick up the arrangement and give me a full refund. I told her I thought this would be embarrassing for a business and she said she would have no problem doing so. Customer service and quality of product is lacking in the business. read more

The customer service was extremely poor. The owner was dismissive and rude. The selection of flowers was extremely disappointing. The flowers we agreed on and colors of ribbon we chose were no where close to what we received. When I picked up the flowers today I asked to see the band on the corsage. I was told "it's on there, it's fine." Before leaving I opened it, the band was in fact not there. When I explained it would have been a catastrophe the owner then said "no it wouldn't have." I am disappointed in the quality and overall experience. I will not recommend this place or use them again in the future. read more
