My spine had (I thought) shrunken over those years a whole inch, due to disk damage, but the next time my height was measured I was back to full height (6months later still retained that freedom Irina had brought me). The session she released fascia deep around and under my occipital joint - I could actually feel the brain stem pulling restricted and finally, release - it was as if her hands were actually deep inside the skull - I could feel the blood flow and spinal fluid rush in, my thoughts cleared, and ongoing cluster headaches / migraines I'd almost forgotten were there they were so constant, washed away. Pain I'd become accustomed to for several years, coursing throughout my entire neuro-muscular system was gone. This enormous freedom happened in a single one hour session.
