Not only did they not notify us the first caregiver was no longer available and they had switched caregivers, but we get a call from her memory care facility with a complaint that the new caregiver we were unaware she had was aggressively grabbing our loved one and forcing them to sit while the caregiver scrolled her phone. She apparently stayed on her phone the majority of the time she was with her the week we had no idea this lady was even there. Then the third attempted caregiver they sent started fine the first week.... however, since has had complaints from the memory care staff of potentially being high while caregiving, again on their phone like the last one, and was caught being gone from the facility by me in person during the hour she was "clocked in" with the staff saying she left to an appointment. She had the nerve to come back, meet me and see me there, and then clock out at her usual time even though she had been gone the last hour. I do not trust the hiring process these caregivers undergo.... I feel like we threw away money for the last two months of caregiver services.... Not planning to use them ever again.

His room was located in the back of the location, where the residents linger and smoke cigarettes. These places shouldn't be having smoking allowed as they do. You can resident picking through used cig butts. My father left this facility, under the care of Joesph Rios. Joesph Rios is one of the crooked family members that owns this facility. Joesph Rios took advantage of my father and his income. He allowed my fathers belongings to be rifled through and taken. My father lost his military issued aviators, tools, photos, important documents, clothes, etc. You can see residents and people that work at this facility, which isn't many people, you can see them all buy drugs right in front of this facility. Police are called to this place many times. Christy and Dena are terrible workers also, that do not care about my father or the residents there. Dena has had sexual intercourse with my father, and Joseph has let a woman resident and my father to room together. My father was not taken to his appointments or picked up each time. He had to pay for his transportation which should have been covered in the $2500. This is not a nursing center, this is a hell to place sick people, to get taken advantage of and to just wither away. It's a whore and drug house. This facility is trash and never offers any actual medical treatment. The Rios family will take advantage of the residents. Please do not place anyone here. This place should shut down.

I remember during one meeting, I was the last to share. And during my share, someone had cross talked me. I guess the chair of the meeting found that a perfect opportunity to end the meeting. The manager Alexis was super informative of the process of how things worked which eased my mind and helped me with the pre-op anxiety I was having. The driver Kim is so sweet and helped me with my luggage moment she saw me. She's very nice. The transportation vehicle smelled so good when I entered it and they have a bed in the back to help you lay down after your surgery. The other friendly face, Eryn, is AMAZING. She cooks for all of us, checks up on everyone and makes sure they do what they're supposed to do to feel better. Eryn and Nova are also exceptional and wow do I feel catered to! They have wifi so I was able to be on my laptop to kill time, and have access to Netflix and Hulu on the TV so I got to binge watch my favorite shows. I booked a private suite and made myself at home. I recommend bringing your own favorite blanket and maybe a small 1-2 pillows to help you acclimate to your new "home" for the days to come. I also brought my own pillow sheet because it helps with my curly hair so just a thought for those who are light sleepers like I am. The mattresses have like a clear wrap on them most likely to prevent any stains from drainage etc, so it will feel pretty weird to just lay on top of the sheet and feel the plastic underneath that. I brought a king size faux mink blanket; folded it hot dog style and laid it down as my sheet and the plastic feeling was gone, so yes bring your favorite pillow and blanket so you can settle in. The massage therapists are licensed and come daily in the morning. My room had a nice closet and bed frame with nooks in it so I could store all my meds vitamins socks etc. They provided me with a small plastic caddy too so I used that to put all my bathroom necessities in it to make my bathroom trips simple and don't have to worry about leaving things behind. Overall happy with my stay. Really relieved I picked out a good recovery home. There's also a snack area and fridge where you can grab Gatorade's, chips, snack bars, fruits, anytime you like. They keep the house pretty cold for sanitary reasons but they provide you with a comfy robe to make your life easier after surgery and to stay warm. It's hard for girls to leave reviews when they are in this amount of pain so while many don't leave reviews unless something didn't go great for them I can truly say any negative feedback that previous people left had me concerned but I can see the feedback was noted and accounted for because my stay is going amazing. Also each room has its own personal Window AC so I love that so I can adjust the temperature how I see fit for my own space. I prefer it to be much warmer. If you're coming from out of town I highly recommend this place. Will try to update with more pictures if I am up for it during my healing journey however as of now everything is GREAT. Update: Today I met Sam and she has been such a help. Between massages and helping me get undressed and dressed for the shower she has made my life easier. I also met Francis and she's so sweet. She made the best blueberry pancakes ever and they both made me my arnica teas to help me heal. My healing journey is going great and little by little I don't need as much assistance.
