I was told that they would call a day before my move to confirm, and give me a window when the move would take place. Again, there was another friendly phone call with all the pertinent details. Today (the move day), i was called about 30 minutes before the move to let me know they were on the way. They were very prompt, friendly, and took great care with the instrument. Both pickup and delivery were extremely smooth, and the instrument was well taken care of through the whole process. The "local" cable company gave us an 8-hour window, cancelled at the last minute, and had to re-schedule.
