I've been going to Trinity for a little over a year now for both haircuts and color, and she has completely transformed my hair. I have fine, oily hair, and she has helped me grow it into the healthiest, best version it's ever been. Not only does she give amazing cuts and color, but she's also educated me on the right products to use and how to properly care for my hair. Because of her guidance, my hair is now longer, slightly thicker, and so much healthier overall. For someone with fine hair, that's huge! She's incredibly sweet, professional, and so knowledgeable. I always look forward to my appointments with her and leave feeling confident every time. I also really appreciate that she keeps me in the loop when the salon is running specials or deals, it shows she genuinely cares about her clients. Just went this morning for the first time and I really liked my stylist! Gabby was wonderful. Friendly without being pushy and had great suggestions and was willing to explain what was happening with my hair. I'll definitely go back to her again. The only thing that is a little annoying about the location is figuring out parking. I had to wonder around a hit try to find the store. But once you know how to do it, you'll be good! Prices are moderate. It's not cheap but not the crazy salon prices. I got a women's haircut for $80 and made sure to tip extra (as everyone should). It'll be my go to place for the bigger/meaningful cuts. Maybe to a cheap place for just little trims. read more

Jenny Y has been doing my hair since 2019 and from our first encounter I trusted my hair and chair talk with her. She a beautiful person inside and out and does great work with my hair. I came to her after a stylist had over processed and fried my hair and she was able to fix it and she keeps wowing me each time I come in. The salons vibe is friendly and chic, 100% recommend. Gabby is one of the most kind, respectful, fun and supportive hair stylists I've ever had. She's really good about finding what colors, shapes, styles etc work for ME and my lifestyle, face shape, skin tone etc. she does really well walking through what your options are on how to achieve what you want, while also being realistic, and she DELIVERS. She asks about my price range and stays within it, never upselling me services that I can't afford (SO many others do that). It's SO hard finding a hair stylist you enjoy going to see and who you know will leave you walking out of their salon feeling like a brand new you. I can't believe I haven't already written this review. Maybe it was a subconscious attempt at gatekeeping Madison so that I could still get an appointment. I guess we'll never know. To say I am absolutely blown away would be an understatement (and a blowout pun). The endless frustration of going to a stylist, asking for something, spending $350 and getting something completely different was becoming an all too often occurrence. I wasn't alone. And after a few disappointing go's with my last stylist, I had thrown in the towel. Finding a new stylist is a nightmare. I had resigned myself to sisterwife level hair. Lo and behold, my friend Stacy got her hair done, posted on Instagram and tagged the salon. Her hair looked perfect--I slid into the DMs immediately to get the tea. She dropped Madison's name. I made an appointment 5 minutes later. Madison was fantastic -- I had a migraine day of and felt a bit like a zombie, so I warned her that I'd be absolute crap conversation -- she didn't mind and approached the subject with a positive attitude rather than a deep sigh and an eye roll. I explained to her what I wanted for both cut and color. I showed her examples -- both of pictures of myself with past color and the typical Pinterest pulls. But I also added in the disclaimer (especially for the cut). I don't have the same face shape or skin tone as these people. I don't know if that exact cut or color would work for me. I wanted the same vibe of the cut (knowing that I have wavy hair that I tend to air dry 75% of the time), and for color, I wanted it to look like me but like I'd spent too much time in the sun. She. Nailed it. At first I wasn't sure if she'd gone light enough. She crushed it on the cut (and after a few weeks with it, I stand by that. My hair has air dried many times since and always ends up looking like a stellar 70s cliche -- exactly what I wanted). But the second I walked out into the sun and looked in the mirror, I knew she'd gotten the color perfect too. It still looks great a few weeks down the line. Funnily enough, nobody called me out directly for my hair. I'm not sure anyone actually noticed. But despite being rife with seasonal depression (and regular depression because the universe has a twisted sense of humor and misery apparently really does love company), multiple people called me out for looking "so fantastic" and "like [I was] glowing." It wasn't some new skincare routine -- it was the hair. It was all the hair. It just looked like... me. Exactly what I asked Madison for (and so many other stylists), but Madison was the first in a long time to actually understand the assignment. My friend Sam ended up heading to her for color a few days later (after dealing with the same stylist dilemma I'd had, but with a different stylist) and came out looking like she'd been trying to look for months. The hair looked perfect. It looked like her. I then sent my cousin to Madison for a cut, who treated her MASSIVE amount of hair with ease. She came home looking like a new woman (the most enviable hair you've ever seen). Madison can clearly do no wrong. I won't be going to anyone else while I live in Seattle (and sincerely hope my job will let me go remote and visit from time to time, if only as an excuse to go see Madison). read more

Antonia has been my hair stylist for years and I will never let anyone else touch my hair! She is truly amazing at what she does. I have naturally dark hair and she brings me to the perfect blonde that I desire. She also recently installed hand tied extensions and they look SO natural! I have long, blonde and full hair thanks to her. I am always so happy with my results. I get compliments on my hair a lot, especially because it is relatively difficult to achieve such bright blonde hair when you have naturally dark hair. Highly unprofessional experience. I understand Melissa had a doctors appointment and I can empathize with that. But I scheduled this appointment months in advance and then reached out well in advance to see if we could do something big in preparation for a big event the following week which she had to move to a weekday which I was understanding about due to the time constraints. Then she tells me I'll need to meet with someone else or reschedule but after chatting tell me she had the capacity if I come in early at 7 am all the while in the issaquah office which was never discussed with me (I went to Bellevue). Now, after I've planned my whole day around this she is cancelling the day before with less than 24 hour notice? I've never experienced service like this. Im not one to complain but Melissa this is horrible service. I then get a generic response wishing me the best of luck. Wow. I will not be returning. read more
