I ended up going to the ARIA Convention Center for the Fal-Con Crowdstrike 2024 conference from September 17-19. The conference covered both convention spaces, the East and West Hall. Getting to the Aria was pretty easy. I took the I15 - Flamingo Exit and parked at the self-service parking garage at the Aria. Locals can use their NV license for the first 3 hours, complimentary. The ARIA Convention Center is located on the second level of the casino. It's right next to the Proper Eats food court. There are multiple areas within the Convention Center. There is the east side and the west side. There are 4 different levels, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, and the Plaza level. At first, I had difficulty finding all of the different sessions at the conference, but after the first day, I was able to locate all of the different areas like Ironwood West (3rd West), Juniper West (3rd West), Mariposa East (2nd level), Olvarado East (Plaza). Aria has escalators going to each different level. The food was decent. There was complimentary breakfast served. This typically included pastries like muffins, Danish pastry, fruit mixture, and some sort of breakfast wrap. There was complimentary lunches provided on different days and a Grab-and-Go lunch on the third day at the conference. Coffee was available at all levels. The conference rooms were spacious, and I wasn't too cold, only in a few rooms! The Keynote sessions in the ballrooms at the Aria Convention Center were amazing! The black woman with a mushroom haircut working at the Salt & Ivy reception is discriminating ppl for sure. There was barely a line. I saw table available. The guy in front of seems to be on the waitlist, and then the guy came back and told her that he doesn't want the spot anymore. So I thought the wait time will be short. But the woman told me that the restaurant doesn't accept walk-in and she also couldn't access system to get me onto the waitlist because restaurant is too busy. But then I head to the concierge, and the very nice and kind Asian woman got me a reservation for 10 mins later in less then 2 mins. Happened on May 27. read more

I attended a high school alumni reunion event at the Aria Convention Center. The event took place in one of their ballroom areas. The room was a little too large for the event, but it was a very nice space. The bartenders were very friendly and the food was good. They had a great spread including delicious ahi poke nachos! As a guest in the hotel, it's really easy to navigate to the convention center area. Like everything in Vegas, it's a little farther away than it seems, but the walk is quick! read more

ARIA Convention Center is a great place to have your convention, training, workshops or other large gatherings.The rooms are humongous with more than enough tables and seating. I was here attending The Climate Reality Project training with speaker Al Gore And Jonathan Scott from Property Brothers. This event really opened my eyes to the reality of climate change. The employees here were awesome at getting everyone registered and helping everyone get to where thy needed to be. Food served was all plant based items and they were flavorful and delicious. The veggies were colorful and the dessert was so good, i almost dug into the hubbies portion, lol. Another plus to this location is after your done you can gamble, visit one of the many restaurants, bars, pastry shops, or just walk around and enjoy the art. read more

I didn't stay here, but this is where the conference I was attending was being held. So while I can't comment on the quality of their rooms, I can comment on the convention center and the services they provide. Las Vegas is a city that is known for gambling, buffets, shows and conferences, and damnit they do ALL of these exceptionally well. The Aria hotel and conference center is the perfect example of excellence in in each and every one of these offerings. My meeting was scheduled to start at 6am with breakfast so I didn't expect a full spread, but that was exactly what we got: scrambled eggs, potato wedges, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, bacon, a variety of sweet pastries, tea, coffee, and multiple juices. The food was exceptional as well as the customer service. I was greeted by a server with a smile and "good morning". . . this I wasn't expecting at 6:05am. Lunch was just as good. The conference rooms were large and the temperature comfortable. Thank you Aria for a great experience. read more

I came here for the QuickBooks Connect conference with a team of 11 individuals, and this was our first QB conference in Vegas (we were too late in registering last year). The conference was great, and the venue (convention center) was alot better than the San Jose venue a couple of years back. Everything about our experience was great, the atmosphere, the accessibility, the food for breakfast and lunch, etc., was very well done. Would definitely recommend this place!! read more

Came by for a conference the other week and it was mediocre at best. Facilities are modern and the staff are cordial, helpful and friendly. The biggest challenge here was the food. Over the years, the quality of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner have gone downhill significantly... gone are the days where they had good Japanese options with quality fish as part of breakfast and a wide array of desserts as part of lunch! ...nowadays, the only choice for meat was a piece of very dry brisket or turkey breast...yuck! ...at least they have stepped up their snack offerings with cookies, chips, and chocolate vs. the previous of only water, tea and coffee... read more

So the convention center is located towards the Zarkana theatre. You'd have to walk towards its box office (or the "Zeus" painting). You'll see a huge sign for the convention center. There you'll see a series of escalators. The architecture for it is pretty impressive. Yeah I know I could have taken architectural pictures for your architectural viewing pleasure but I'm on a tight schedule today. I had my conference in the bristlecone room which is on Level One. The room was a great size and there was about 100 of us there. Catering from the hotel is also available I presume as we has both breakfast and lunch. The restrooms are a bit of a hike to get to if your rooms are located closer to the entrance as the first floor restroom was located all the way in the back. However they are very nice and very clean with mouthwash and lotion to use. PS-the lotion smells amaze!!!!! There was plenty of couches where you could meet with others or work on presentations on your laptop. My only negative is it was sooooo damn cold!!!!! I had to wear my gloves and jacket in order to get by! read more

This place was our last resort option for watching the Mayweather fight out at another casino rather than paying thousands to try to get into the actual fight at the MGM Grand. The convention center was located so far away from everything else in the hotel and before entering they check all your bags, run a metal detector over you and you have to either drink your drinks before entering or throw them away. Kinda lame. Walking inside was a little bit of a surprise, there were sooo many large screens all around the room and tons of large round tables. It could probably fit a few hundred people in there comfortably. They did have a few bars set up serving up drinks and food stands serving hot dogs, popcorn, sandwiches and such. The whole experience was cool, being out in Vegas and having somewhere to watch the fight with a whole lot of other people but i'm not sure that it was worth $90, yea it was kinda steep just to sit in this room and watch the fight on those huge screens. But Aria was one of the few casinos that was actually offering this so that was a plus, we couldn't miss the fight. read more

I had training for two days at the Aria Convention Center. I was extremely impressed! Not only is the convention part of the hotel nice just like the hotel, they offer an amazing catering service. When I arrived in the morning, there was breakfast available in our conference room that included bagels, fruit, muffins, soda, water, coffee, and juice. Right before we started training, the Aria staff removed breakfast and left us with soda and bottled water. We also had water pitchers on each table, pens, paper, and candy. Around 12 we would take our lunch. Right outside of our room there was a buffet style lunch set up when we came outside. Each day included many options in addition to salad and dessert. Each day has a different theme. Later on in the afternoon, after our last break, the staff would bring us a snack. The first day it was cookies and the second day it was brownies. So they provided us two meals, snacks, and unlimited beverages. I think thats pretty amazing! Usually when you're in a conference you have expenses...not here. I would assume that the catering service is an additional option that companies pay for, but I'm not sure. I saw a lot of conference rooms with the same set up, but not all of them. So maybe it's included in the price? The catering staff was extremely friendly and respectful of coming in and out of the room quietly while we were learning. read more

For the most part the convention I attended was comfortable. The room temp was a little chilly but I think that is necessary. The room was spaced out very well and you had plenty of room around you. The chairs were average comfortable for a conference room. For lunch one day we had Mac and cheese, barbecue pork, chicken and salmon. Everything was very good. The coffee and service was very good as well. The reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the stale bagels they served every morning for the continental breakfast. When you separated the halves, they crumbled. They needed to go through the toaster at least 4 times before they started to toast and get rid of the stale crumbly state they were in. I would be comfortable attending a conference at the Aria again. read more

Absolutely the nicest, most beautiful and unique convention area in Las Vegas. The bathrooms are always kept clean, with complimentary individual size mouthwash and lotion by every sink, restocked regularly. The hallway is breathtaking, one wall is entirely glass, overlooking the pool complex, and letting in actual sunlight, so one can still get one's daily dose of Vitamin D even in a full day of meetings! There are modern, sleek looking couches and loveseats that are very comfortable to relax in. The meeting rooms and ballrooms are designed beautifully, with wood paneling and acoustically absorbing wall panels (important to me as a sound engineer working in them!). Even the outdoor smoking area is well kept, with real trees for shade. It's definitely my favorite place to work in town. read more
