We unloaded and I jumped down tearing my right knee up which I initially hurt at basketball practice - junior year, on August 11, 1969. CertainTeed paid for my knee surgery and 3 weeks of employment. I went to freshman year at Bloomsburg State College on crutches. Right knee was replaced in Huntsville on August 2013 by Marshall University's Eric Janssen, MD. In 1976 from June until October, I was a carpeting and floorcovering salesman for L.D. Brinkman and Company - Atlanta, distributing out of Tampa. I lived at 2550 Hargrove Road, Smyrna.
