Shopping for wedding dresses is very overwhelming and emotionally exhausting. I had visited four places before I popped into Chryssie's. From the minute I walked into Chryssies, I felt at ease. I was greeted warmly and there was a familiar feeling in the air. It felt safe and it resulted in the incredible shopping experience allowing me to say yes to the dress! Kathy was my bridal assistant for the evening and there aren't enough words to describe how special she made me feel. I tear up writing this because she was so incredible. Chrissy, the manager, supported us along the way. They listened to me and made my family feel as if they were family. Beautiful clean dresses and all within budget. I had just come from a less than pleasant dress shopping experience prior and coming here was a breath of fresh air! There's a large selection but not to the point where it's crazy overwhelming. Pricing isn't too bad either! My dress ended up being around $1800. I had come back after I picked my dress because my niece and nephew wanted to see it. While I was changing the staff was keeping the little guy entertained (which isn't easy). I start the fittings in the Spring. I highly recommend stopping here on tour dress search! read more

Definitely a hidden gem! There are lots of bridal gowns and styles to choose from. Cathy and Christie were awesome, professional and knowledgeable!! Once I showed a picture of my vision they were able to find dresses that resembled what I wanted and also try on dresses with I may not have tried before. Highly recommend! read more

Avoid this shop. Go elsewhere. My experience here started off positive. I said "yes" to the dress and the sales woman was very nice. It all went downhill from there. They ordered the dress one size too small, so when I went to try it on, I was popping out of it. And instead of apologizing and offering some sort of compensation for the added stress and mistake, the owner tried to blame me. He had the saleswoman remeasure me--guess what? I had the same measurements as when they placed the order! He begrudgingly dropped it and covered the cost to rush order a new dress from overseas, but the entire customer service experience was awful. I worked with the seamstress they are partnered with upstairs from the shop, also a mistake. I booked the first appointment with the owner of the shop and upon arrival, he informed she had called out sick. He never thought to pick up the phone and tell me that they would need to cancel my appointment. It took me 40 minutes to get there in traffic, so over an hour was wasted in my car because he couldn't be bothered to make a phone call. The seamstress was nice, but the job she did on the dress was really low quality. I had to go back several times for fittings and when I picked up the final fit, the cups weren't even sewn in. On my wedding day, the cap sleeves kept falling off because they weren't properly secured and the hem of my dress had threads coming off in all directions. It was really shoddy work. Plus, I paid to have my dress pressed and the back was still totally wrinkled. My bridesmaids had to spend the morning steaming it to get all the wrinkles out. And to add insult to injury, when I picked up the dress, it wasn't even in a nice garment bag. They wrapped a cheap pink, see-through plastic bag around it so my fiance could see the dress. So much for keeping that a surprise. You would think that after spending thousands on a dress, they could at least provide an adequate garment bag. Just avoid the hassle, the poor customer service, and the poor workmanship and go elsewhere. read more

It was an amazing experience! I went for my 1st appointment with family elsewhere and this was my 2nd attempt with friends. I told them we probably won't find what I'm looking for so I had plans to go to a few more stores on my own to keep looking. Little did I know Sonia will do her magic, work with my budget and find me a perfect dress! She listened to me and went above and beyond to find me that perfect dress! I didn't want to spend a fortune, so the fact that the dress fit perfectly and I don't need alterations was such a huge bonus for me! I went with my sister dress shopping here. The place is small but has lots of dresses. Our style consultant was not ready for us when we arrived, she was a hot mess and looked like she just came from the club with her body con dress and ripped nylons. But don't judge a book by its cover, she was nice until the end of our appointment, she became a pressured saleswoman. I don't think she even looked at the card my sister filled out with her budget, the stylists was just picking whatever dresses on the rack looked nice. My sister tried them on since this was her 2nd store and this way she could try different styles. The whole appointment was almost 2 hours long. Even when my sister did not like a dress, she tried pairing it with a veil to maybe see if my sister liked it better. She didn't. She tried on over a dozen dresses and each dress was like a 10 minute consult. When my sister decided that she liked 2 dresses, the appointment started going down hill. The dresses were over my sister's budget but the stylist kept pressuring her to try them back on with the veil and convincing her to make a decision. My sister just was not sold on the dresses. If you don't "feel" it when wearing the dress, its probably not the dress. The owner offered us the 35 year anniversary discount, which was a couple hundred dollars off. This still made the dress out of budget but she told my sister if she put down a deposit, she would help her out and maybe give her a further discount when she came back to pay the remaining balance. Without knowing what the final cost would be, we did not feel comfortable putting down money. My sister told her she needed time to think and then was pressured to make a follow up appointment to try on the 2 dresses again. We walked out of there feeling disappointed as previous reviews are good. Perhaps, the pandemic as affected business but pressuring a bride to buy a dress she isn't 100% in love with is not a good way to make a customer happy. If you go here, only pick out dresses that are in your budget and be firm if its a no and move on. read more

I recently made a visit to Chryssie's for a last minute dress search. From the moment I got on the phone with them they did their best to ease my nerves about the short time line and assure me I would find something wonderful. AND I did find something wonderful... Joanna! She did such a good job at listening to my wants and needs and suggesting some really gorgeous dresses normally outside my comfort zone. In the end she was the friend and family I wish I could have had there to share the experience with me (they live out of town). She supported me, made me laugh and was just the right amount of honest that normally only feels right coming from a well trusted friend. I have to say for a small shop they have quite the assortment and from really great designers. I felt like they kept grabbing dresses I loved! I would gladly recommend Chryssy's and Joanna to anyone needing a professional eye and warm reception. read more

Don't shop here, it's not worth the headache and aggravation. The person in charge of ordering dresses reversed the dress order and ordered the wrong dresses. George the owner blamed us and tried to say we changed our mind at the counter and he's never made a mistake in 20 years. Well we knew another bridal party who went the same day and their dress order was wrong too. George is a bully and was difficult to work with. There's other bridal shops out there, go to them and be treated right. read more

Went here this week with my daughter who was looking for her wedding dress. Joanna was her bridal consultant. Not only was she personable, but very attentive to my daughters wishes and knowledgeable. Because it was early on a weekday, we had the luxury of being the only customer in the store and had plenty of time to play trying on several dresses. The process was quick because Joanna assisted my daughter in trying everything on. Joanna had enough experience to suggest to my daughter a dress that really did not fit the criteria, but once on it looking amazing. Great customer service with no hard sell. Their only desire is to make sure the bride gets the dress of her dreams and feels like a princess. read more

Chryssie's is where I said yes to my wedding dress! They have a large selection of dresses in a wide range of styles. For instance, the dress I selected is more flowy and romantic with touches of lace/appliques, but I was wowed by another bride in the store who was channeling Jackie Kennedy in a beautiful, cowl-neck satin gown. However, the cherry on top of my whole experience was definitely Joanna -- the bridal consultant who assisted me at the store. I was not surprised to learn that she worked for many years at Chanel and at the Tiffany's in Copley Place in downtown Boston. She brought that high-end, luxury-brand shopping experience to me right in Canton: she could sense that I was the kind of indecisive bride that needed more hand-holding through the process, so she provided me with just the right amount of input to help me find my dream dress at the best price. Plus, she was so much fun! (My bridesmaids and I felt like we could grab drinks with her afterwards.) Verdict: I highly recommend Chryssie's to all brides!!! read more

We had been to a famous bridal shop before visiting Chryssie's and had an awful uncomfortable experience. Chryssie's and Christina were the opposite. We had so much fun and laughter. My initial experience at the shop was great, and I can't say enough nice things about the ladies who attended to me. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. When I went to pick my dress up, it was WAY to small and so short that my ankles were showing. The owner was rude and abrasive despite the clear error on their part and even suggested that perhaps I had just gained weight despite the measurements on file not matching up with the size that was ordered and the dress being a full 5 inches too short!! He then tried to force me into reordering the gown 3 sizes too large for my measurements, saying it could be altered (please note, the customer is responsible for alteration costs, so this would have been significant). I ended up reordering in the correct size because that was the only option provided to me. When the new dress arrived it fit correctly, but had been ordered in the wrong length, meaning all the detailing on the bottom of the dress will be lost. When purchasing the dress, we were told there were multiple lengths available, the owner took my measurements and confirmed that he would order the correct length so I would not lose any detailing - that did not happen. Now I'm left with a dress that leaves a sour taste in my mouth and does not look like what I ordered due to the length alterations. I've heard from others in the area that the owner has been quite rude to other customers, so I guess my experience is not all that unique. All I can say is do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. read more

This weekend I bought my wedding dress with the help of Jill. I was fairly stressed that morning but the moment I walked in and was greeted I started to feel at ease. I couldn't thank the entire team at Chryssie's enough for making me feel comfortable and helping me find that dream gown. They didn't rush me once and my voice was heard when I did/didn't like something, which is huge for me. There were no sales pitch and when buying a bridal gown that's all I could ask for. I had high expectations going to Chryssie's after seeing so many glowing reviews on Yelp. However, the store was very cramped and did not have a lot of dresses to choose from. They were all similar styles, i.e. ball gowns or poofy dresses with lots of material underneath. I was hoping to find something more lightweight, breathable, and with a more slender silhouette. I didn't like that there were racks of dresses you could look at that intruded on other brides' spaces. There could only be 2 brides trying on dresses at the same time - the store would not be able to fit any more than that. Honestly, the only redeeming quality is the stylist I worked with - Sonia, you were so helpful and great to work with! Thank you so much! read more

Jill is phenomenal ! I went in there with only a small idea of what I MIGHT like and the fact that I was dead set on sleeves as I'm getting married in January. She pulled all types of dresses that had sleeves and some that didn't. I tried on dresses with a BIG open mind. I wanted lace and all that. My dress has none of that. Haha! This was the least stressful and most successful experience! Jill made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed. The owner was there as well and he was very friendly and kind. This shop caused a number of headaches for my cousin's wedding. Three of four bridesmaids, myself included, purchased our dresses from Chryssie's. We had picked the dresses we wanted based on the Dessy Group's website, and did the initial ordering from Chryssie's without incident. Upon receiving the dresses, however, things at Chryssie's went downhill. Firstly, please know that final payment is cash only, regardless of how much money that might be. I was aware of this, but hadn't been able to get to an ATM beforehand. I was therefore sent down the street to the nearest ATM to collect. A number of alterations were necessary (not their fault), but the seamstress had very limited availability and a packed schedule. When we finally were able to meet with her, she very quickly took note of the requested alterations, though did little to offer her own opinion about the fit. I'm happy my now-cousin-in-law's sister was there with me, otherwise I wouldn't have thought to make some of the much-needed changes. Unfortunately, the quality of the work done to the dress was significantly below par. String ends were left obviously visible, and the straps were left unevenly pulled. Again, this showed a lack of attention to detail, which is unacceptable for a wedding, in my book. One of the other bridesmaids had a really bad experience, ending with the dress actually ripping down the zipper hours before the wedding. Luckily, the bride's mother knows a thing or two about sewing, and was able to save the day with her own needle and thread while riding in the limo on the way to the venue. Nice. Lastly, I'd like to comment on the other people who work at Chryssie's, as there has been a lot of talk about this in other reviews. I personally had a variety of experiences with the employees, ranging from women who were super nice and friendly (once they got around to acknowledging me), to those who were chronically curt and dismissive. Really disappointed in their services and by the lack of professionalism from the owner George. I went there with my mother to get her a dress and you could tell he didn't actually care, he just wanted to make a sell and move on. He promised a rush on the dress which was great however he didn't come through with his promise and didn't care about it. He was suppose to call within a week of the purchase to confirm the arrival of the dress and I had to hunt him down to get answers. Chryssie's was quite the experience for us. We went in during a torrential downpour day, soaked to the bone just from running from the car. We stumbled into the store, down the steps (yes, it's in a basement, essentially), into the most jam-packed space I've ever seen. I was surprised we had room to step inside, it was so crowded with dresses, shoes, and accessories. The woman who came over to help us was so sweet. She was very nice, and did her best to help us. Too bad their selection was 95% not our taste whatsoever. It became a game for us (my sister and I), we'd find the biggest, poufiest, gaudiest dress we could, and make each other try them on. We were so bad. Not surprisingly, we didn't find anything we liked there, aside from the staff. After about an hour of hoping to find one simple, modern-ish dress, we gave up, cut our losses, and left. Any bride into the whole "princess" feel for their wedding, definitely stop by here. She made the choices I thought were good look like childsplay..just do what Joanna says, take her feedback as it's always going to be right. DON'T bother looking at other bridal boutiques Joanna has the experience that will blow the others out of the water from makeup recommendations, pairing earrings, to skincare for you big day. Save yourself time and money and go to her. She won't sell you a dress to make money she will take the time to get you the right dress and think about the environment you're in on the big day! The prices are reasonable, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I usually have to call this shop several times before receiving a returned call. Most times I don't receive a returned and have to call back anyway as they barely check their voicemail! Also, I've scheduled two appointments in the past to have my bridesmaids and soon to be mother in law try on dresses. They barely checked in on us. As a matter of fact, we tried on a few dresses and left without anyone even noticing. All in all, this place has an ok selection of dresses but if you need or want top tier customer service, go elsewhere. I searched for the perfect wedding dress for months. I stumbled across the place actually by accident! After going to many bridal shops I had just about given up on that perfect dress. When I walked in they do have a ton of dresses..very OVERLY priced! I actually was just looking around and happened to stumble across several dresses I really loved..Then..it happened..I found the dress of my dreams..I got butterflies, I started crying and I couldn't believe it was me in the mirror! I knew I had to have this dress!! It was gorgeous! It was beautiful... I noticed after putting it on, everyone started whispering and haggling about the "actually" price of it. I went from happy to not feeling so happy about the dress in lightening speed. I asked the price of the dress and was told to just "hold on". I waited while the butterflies now had to turn to nausea. She came back and gave me the price. YIKES..OK..I need to think about it. Let me discuss it with my soon to be Husband..I'll be back. I knew I had to have this dress! This was the one..You know when it's the "ONE"..you'll be able to tell..trust me. So, I went home and told my husband the price..His jaw dropped. But, be the amazing man he is he told me it's "MY" day to get what I wanted if I knew it was the dress for me. Well, I got to thinking about how shady they got towards the end and something wasn't right. So, I decided to research the dress! They would not tell me the brand of the dress either..which made it harder for me to research! AHM..yeah! So I had my work cut out for me! I went online and searched for 2+ hours and found the dress. But, the one I wanted had some black etchings in it. This one did not. I found the manufacturer and found another bridal shop who was selling the dress. I went and had a bridal meeting with them instead and got the dress for 1000.00 cheaper!!!!! Moral of the story....always go with your gut feeling..I knew something wasn't right. They called me the same night to tell me the dress wasn't going to be there for long and I needed to make a decision and it was a great price. Then they called me two days later and took off a $100.00. Ahm..NO! Just be careful. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they have tons of dresses! I got married two weekends ago and purchased my bridal gown from Chryssie's beginning of last summer. When we went looking for the gown, the staff helping my mother and I were super helpful and patient throughout the process. They had so many beautiful wedding gowns, probably the best selection we had seen in the process so far (we had gone to two other shops and I had probably tried on at least 40 dresses and weren't impressed at all, before coming here). They weren't pushy or anything and I ended up going back a few weeks later with my mother and a few other family members and chose my gown and was beyond thrilled with my choice. When my gown finally arrived 6 months before the wedding, they had no problem with me coming in to look at it and try it on to match shoes and swatches and other accessories. My work schedule made scheduling the fittings rather difficult but the seamstress at Chryssie's, Juliette, was amazing and made everything work out. She worked magic and made my gown fit me beautifully and so I knew I would have nothing to worry about on the day of my wedding. She made the whole fitting process easy and fun and put me at ease when I was super nervous so close to the wedding date. I couldn't have been more happy with how the gown looked on my wedding day, it was perfect :) This is 5 stars for the wedding gowns and fitting process, I've never bought bridesmaids gowns and they seem to focus more on the quality and selection of wedding gowns versus bridesmaids gowns, just what I noticed when I was there. Also the store can get VERY hot in the summer when trying on gowns so make sure to bring water, also Juliette is only there Tues, Thur and Sat. Definitely recommend them for your wedding gowns! read more

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I feel inclined to write a review fresh from a horrible experience at Chryssie's Bridal. I will start off by saying that I purchased my dress here in November (although I have no clue if it came in or not because no one has ever called me and you'll see why I did not even ask about it today), and it was a good experience. They were timely and the owner was accommodating with my deposit when I was not sure I was ready to pay in full. This experience is why I went back with my 5 bridesmaids/1 Jr. Bridesmaid & future Mother-in-law (all who came from at least 30 min and up to over 2 hours away). I scheduled an appt. months ago for noon. Today we arrived before noon, and they were already flustered with a party that came in before us. We were given absolutely no guidance and were told to "look around" at the bridesmaids dresses. There were no introductions or asking how many girls there were, just to simply look around. I knew the color I wanted and we weren't even given any swatches so we could be sure we were even looking at the correct brands. About 30 min passed and still no service, so I finally had to ask for a swatch book and the woman half-heartedly grabbed some swatches and only one brand had the hunter/dark green I wanted so I had that, and she said "OK the dressing rooms are yours!" Then she disappeared. My bridesmaids and myself went through the dresses (many had tags on them that did not show they came in the Forest color I was looking for), I was then taking the style number and looking up online, while my bridesmaids were on their own searching, trying on, with no one from the bridal shop in sight. There was no one clipping them in to the sizes so we could see what the dress might actually look like, no advice, no nothing. Also, for the Jr. bridesmaid, there was nothing at the store in that brand and the staff did not offer to search or help us here (I and another BM did the search and realized this brand did not have any Jr. dresses in the color), so we decided to have her go elsewhere. Could they have helped us? I have no idea. As the girl's started picking out the dresses, and I determined they came in the right color from the website, I had to prompt the girl to start to get their info and measurements because I was so annoyed at this point I wanted to get out of there, little did I know that was only the beginning. To make this post less lengthy, I'll give you the short version. They had no idea I had bought my dress there (not like anyone asked me), they overcharged 3 of my girls before I heard one of them say what they paid ($308 for a $229 dress) and I knew that a 33% tax was not correct. The process to even get one girl to pay was painful even without the mistakes, there was little to no attention to detail what she was doing manually with a pen and calculator. They did not know how to void the three credit card charges they wrongfully charged. They charged one of the girls wrong a second time (and we believe a third but all of us were willing to sacrifice $10 at this point to leave). I could not imagine a worse experience, especially for a time that is supposed to be special and enjoyable. It was stressful, slow, annoying, and definitely not special AT ALL. Finally, the woman asks me (a clearly annoyed bride) if I want to pay the rest of the deposit on my dress. Are you crazy? You have charged people's cards wrong for the past hour and you are asking me to pay at least $1K to you? AND also has the nerve to say "we were supposed to have 2 appts. today but we had 8." My response, well who scheduled all those? Our appt was at noon, you opened at 11, how on earth is it now almost 2:30 and we are still here? I chose a bridal shop over something like a David's Bridal for a reason, but the joke was on me. I really hope the dresses come in the correct color, styles, and sizes that were chosen. We shall see. On another note, I've asked them several times in the past couple months to mark themselves as the vendor I chose for my wedding dress (a website gives you $25 visa gift card for every vendor that confirms you hired them) and they cannot seem to figure it out. read more

Glad my friend, bride-to-be, made an appointment at Chryssie's...totally changed what I'd remembered from my bridesmaid shopping experience 8 years ago. My friend was looking for a lace wedding dress and the store had TONS of selection. We grabbed over 10 dresses for her to try...they all look great on her. It made the decision making process tough. Becky, the bridal consultant, was extremely helpful, attentive, patient and sweet throughout the appointment. We felt totally comfortable taking pictures and giving our feedback without Later on, when the store slowed down, another consultant "Brynn" helped my friend re-try the final contenders and the seamstress "Juliette" (extremely knowledgeable and funny) gave her professional opinion on the dresses and alternation options. Three hours later, the bride-to-be decided on her dress and wanted to place the order. Her wedding is less than 6 months away and it would be cutting it close especially to do alterations. They said, we'll need to do a rush order so the dress can get in within 4 months. Since, she decided to purchase the dress on the spot - they waived the rush order fee. This place is just ok in terms of bridal. If you like lace, aplique, embroidery and lots of ...stuff all over the dress - this place is for you. I like more clean structured styles and I didn't find anything I liked. My consultant was very nice, but dont expectt your own mirror or privacy - or even seats for your guests. My friend and I liked a lot of the bridesmaid dresses, but its just not worth the drive to Canton. read more

Never gave me an attitude or made me feel rushed because of my tardiness. Then comes Joanna.... ladies... she is the embodiment of all the emotions you should feel when trying on your wedding dress! She made everything feel like I was the Queen of England... or maybe Meghan Markle... she's more chic and relevant... and younger than the Queen. But I digress... Joanna is the owners long time best friend and does her bestie justice by making you feel like you just gained a new bestie too! The gentleman of the store (owner or tailor..??) either way, stellar guy! I kind of wish he was my uncle, he seems like he has some stories to tell over a drink or two. When I finally said yes to the dress the whole shop rushed to see. Makes you feel special, beautiful, and all around the princess you should feel like in a pretty dress. The level of customer service I received at this bridal shop far exceeded my expectations, not once but twice! I live in Park City, Utah - however, my entire bridal party and all of my family is on the East Coast. So I held my wedding in Boston. My sister and I went to Chryssie's, where we found the perfect bridesmaid gown. Chryssie's coordinated ordering all the the dresses for my entire bridal party, who were spread throughout Western Mass and Connecticut. When the dresses came in, one of the girls gown's was about two sizes too small. The manager and seamstress calmly assured us that alterations could be made so that the dress would fit in time for the wedding. The alterations were considerable, but the shop did them without charging the bridesmaid a dime. When I arrived in Boston on 05/06/14 with my wedding gown in tow for my wedding 05/10 - I called Chryssie's for a pressing and what I believed to be very minor repairs to my bustle (I had to crush my very puffy dress into a tiny closet on the plane). On Thursday, 05/08, the owner George was very professional, and wanted me to try my gown on in the store before he took liability for the gown. I put the gown on in his store and he had his seamstress come assess the damage to the bustle. On doing so, the seamstress found that the lining of my gown had never been hemmed (It actually still had pins in it from my Utah seamstress!!). On finding this, we realized together that there was a lot of work left to do on my dress....my bustle had to be redesigned, my crinoline needed hemming and steaming, and the lining to the gown needed to be hemmed...all on top of the entire gown needing to be pressed (a very delicate situation, because the entire gown is made of raw silk) - and it all needed to be done in TWO DAYS. I was totally expecting to be told that the work being done to my dress was going to cost me some outrageous amount of money. I've gotten used to businesses capitalizing on anything involving "rush" and "wedding". But George - bless his heart - billed me an extremely reasonable fee. My dress was ready when he said it would be, and it looked better than it had looked brand new in the store where I bought it. Chryssie's Bridal shop rescued my wedding wardrobe disasters, not once, but twice! I am truly amazed at the level of professionalism and exemplary service they delivered. I went to Chryssie's Bridal a few weeks ago for my first time ever to try on wedding gowns. I was excited and nervous, but I had a great feeling when I made my appt as both my sister and cousin got their dresses there. My consultant, Faith, was very nice, but my dress shopping experience took a turn for the worse. I shouldn't have to disclose that I am a plus size bride, but apparently I should have. Out of the entire store there was 1 (ONE) gown I was able to try on. Faith grabbed the ONE dress in my size in store and when I got it on my body she said "yeah I'm just really good at my job". Sure ma'am, I get you may be good at your job, but you can't expect a bride, at her first ever dress shopping appointment, to try on ONE gown and think that's the one. Any other dresses that were brought to me, I had to stand in the doorway of the fitting room (half naked) and hold it up to my body and she kept saying to me "well we can order any dress in any size or color" REALLY??? I had no clue you could do that. Wow thanks for the tip. After HOLDING dresses up to my body, I put back on the ONE dress I tried on and man did she ever try to sell that dress like it was the only dress she could ever sell. Telling me I could get a $100 (lol) off referral discount, I could add a new belt, sparkle tuule underneath, ETC. I was even offered to buy it off the rack for another discount , mind you THE DRESS DIDNT FIT- it DID NOT close in the back. Needless to say, I cried leaving the boutique , and not happy tears like your supposed to when finding a gown. I was SO disappointed and truthfully disgusted that they only had 1 gown for me to try on. Luckily I had an appt 2 weeks later elsewhere and found my dream dress, this other boutique had every dress in a "standard" size and plus size. I know many people who have had success at this boutique and I have heard great things. In the end, if your a plus size bride and need gowns sizes 20+ , don't waste your time coming here. They only have ONE gown. The least they could've done was tell me before wasting an hour of my life, that they don't have many plus size options in store. I included in my questionnaire that I was sent when I made my appt (6 months prior) that I was plus size- which I shouldn't have even had to disclose. But here we are, found my gown elsewhere, and writing this review :) If you're plus size, think about shopping else where, if your average or can fit into sample sizes- you may have luck! read more
