I tried to explain to them I just wanted some information on the prices and the procedure I was getting and they told me they didn't have to and told me my appointment was cancelled. I had to double take to make sure I wasn't in the twilight zone. It was the craziest customer service experience I've ever had with a medical facility.

I am extremely sensitive to needles and I have to be honest and tell you that I did not feel even the smallest iota of pain from Dr. Tyler. And that was only for their required "consult" first. They refused to schedule me for a working appointment even though my dentist had done a zillion images. They would not schedule me until having that "consult." Absolutely no sense of urgency here. I had an abcess many years ago and it throbbed and my face blew up and I needed help then, not a month later. And the place I had found then (another state) resolved it in one appointment.
