The dental team, Dr. Taylor and a PA, did their best to get my problem resolved, spent quite a bit of time with me setting up my status for a new, registered patient (Full X-rays and history). Their concern for my comfort was exceptional and unexpected - this practice is NOT like most dental practices that I've been to. I also noted that the entire staff, reception, billing, scheduling, assistant and the DMD herself were all smiling and, it seemed, happy to be working there and so welcoming to a new face. I'm sold. He even argued with me after informing him I had two full hip replacements and was told I would always need to take antibiotics he suggested mouthwash use as a remedy to a throbbing tooth. After discussion, they said they would take a look if I would wait for an opening in their current work. After a reasonable wait, they took me back for an exam and x-ray. Both the technician and the dentist did a careful exam, and made recommendations for work to be done by my regular dentist, reassured me about the condition of the tooth and was very comforting in his approach. Accomplished exactly what I hoped would be done. In summary, they saw me when others would not. They were very courteous and thorough in their approach. They were very honest and let me know it was actually something else and not my tooth, which I really appreciated. I ended up having a few visits for other things, including a cleaning, and every single time the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had Dr. Habib, who was absolutely phenomenal. He's very kind, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff, which made me feel really comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the billing. A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well. To be fair, that could be more on the insurance side than the office, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will continue going back!
