Graziella and her brother have created such a special dining experience. My favorite dish has always been the pistachio sauce ravioli. I didn't see it on the menu and mentioned how much I loved it, and Graziella was kind enough to make it for me anyway, explaining that it's now part of their rotating menu. My fiancé's cousin, who I consider like a brother, was trying lamb chops for the first time and said he felt like he'd been missing out his whole life. I was order number 7 as you can see on my receipt posted, but my order wasn't called until they were already serving order number 25. I would understand the delay if I had placed a complicated order, but that wasn't the case. The young lady who took my order was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there was another cashier who seemed irritated that I went to her instead of him. He gave me an annoyed look and walked to the back. Because of what happened afterward, I genuinely believe my ticket may have been set aside. After waiting a long time, I went back to the counter to ask about my order because people who arrived after me had already ordered, received their food, and left. That's when I was told my order had been forgotten. Honestly, I wasn't surprised. I wish I had gotten the employee's name. If management truly cares, I'm sure they could figure out who it was, but it is what it is.
